when will you bulk user?
also arms look DYEL tier
>6'2
>220lbs
>2 years serious + martial arts shit before
gonna cut again in march so no bully pls
6’3” 160lbs
/no shoulders/
you are one skinny framelet faggot if you're 6'3" and 160lbs
I’m just not that big. Pics make me look like I should weigh more because good insertions and low bf. average frame and 14” arms
>when will you bulk user?
I am. started at skeleton mode with more than 20lbs less than now
Im aiming for ~210lbs this winter without looking fat.
You don’t even need a nice body if you actually had to use that much black to censor your cock OwO
5'7 157lbs, 5 months, most of it on a PPL because i fell for the bro meme. cut down to 150 and bulked back up to a lil under my starting weight in that time. consistently tracking macros, 300 calorie surplus, 50c/30f/20p split, roughly 20% of carbs come from sugar
finally on track with a based strength program with an interesting progression scheme. it's called nSuns, theres a subreddit/app/spreadsheet for it, you do 17 sets spread out across one conventional compound and a variation of another compound each day. my only goal now is 1/2/3/4 and i should hit it in early 2019
current lifts: upper body is quite ass, lower body is okay given the timeframe. people say my squat is good for only 5 months but idk
all ≈4-5RM, estimated & untested
>ohp 95lbs
>bench 135lbs
>squat 250lbs
>diddly 275lbs
my excuse for the bench is that PPL mentioned earlier. literally no bench volume, and you need volume to progress on that lift. thats why im doing 17 sets a day now
thanks for reading my dyel blogpost. were all gonna make it brahs
this was before
calling major bs on those stats
174cm 77kg
105kgx5 squat
90kgx5 bench

Anyone able to fix their hip hike? Mine annoys the shit out of me

Just be consistent. I haven’t. My diet fucked. My routine is fucked. If I had any amount of commitment I’d look something close to Seid or Skywalker. Dont waste your life, go out and work for it.
nice work breh keep it up
>If I had any amount of commitment I’d look something close to Seid or Skywalker.
im surprised nobody let you in on the secret after eight years.
>180cm (5'11)
>Dropped from 78kg to 71kg(172lbs to 156 for the burgers).
Should I lose another 5 or 6kg before bulking or is my current weight low enough?
I plan on using steroids after 40 don’t worry mate.
everyone has weak as fuck delts
6.5 years of natty lifting
natty lifting is a complete waste of time, will probably hop on roids soon

I'm on a shit food binge, so I guess just don't eat like I do
You should say you have only been lifting for a year, because that is clearly when you stopped making progress
My squat was 160kg after 8 months of SS. Please don't say you have been skipping the squatting
How are you 6’3? 160
I’m 6’3 172 and you look bigger than me But I’ll believe your low be claim for now. Nice traps.
I was skipping squats and focusing more on bench/ohp bb-but i started with 63 kg
Fridge mode if bigger chest
where can I see (You) without the censorship, asking for a friend
Then why isn't your bench and especially OHP higher? You have been skipping out on us, haven't you?
Νot one year, but I stopped making any serious progress after about 3-4 years.
My lifts are slowly going up and I'm getting stronger, but I'm not making any size gains
>6’3
I think I’m at like 195lb, was 240 in left. I’ve been off and on for months at a time over the past 3 years. Beer and spaghetti get in the way of progress. But losing fat and putting on a little muscle has been amazing for feeling good, being more respected by others, and catching girls stealing glances. Im back in the gym and gonna get those gainz back. I didn’t buy pasta this time at Costco and I’ve cut back on drinking. Even doing some cardio this time around. I want this fucking belly gone.
Have you been doing the same stuff this whole time? Or have you been increasing volume as strength and work capacity increases?
:( you are right user my test is 900 ng/ml and I am weak af
You have just been stalling due to stress adaption. You need to switch to other versions of those lifts
Examples: z press instead of ohp, box squat instead of free squat, close grip bench press instead of regular and deficit deadlifts etc. Also you need to start doing accessory work for triceps, shoulders, abs, lower back, glutes and hamstrings
I was thinking of doing exactly that after i reach 1/2/3/4 but I will start incorporating that now thanks to you user bro
Also me at 72 kg
Here's a guys whos gonna make it
Wat lads think of the back
>5 10
>175
>bout 2 years seriously
I can't fully tell, but it looks like you already won the face genetics game.
Have you tried lifting weights?
5'10 178, 2 weeks into a deep cut. What'd recon my bodyfat percentage is? Thanks.
Blessing this thread with delts
shut up phaggit and show us ur bbc
i do ppl and my lifts are
>140x5
>300x1
>365x1
>315x3 (lol i actually did my first deadlifts in over 2 years today)
i know they're pretty shit (besides deadlift which is incomprehensibly small) but i dont see why its bad for bench
post cock no homo
this pic is too out of focus
did you have a strength base or did you make all that progression on ppl?
who did you steal em from?
a month into my cut.

I still feel fat. Is it body dysmorphia or should I cut another 10-15 pounds?
>same height and weight
>3 months of PPL, 5 to 6x/week
>est 1RM 125/230/260/285
Was 165 lb of fat 4 months ago then cut down to 145 in like 2-3 weeks. I benched a bit in college so muscle memory brought it back faster than other lifts, which are all first timers. I barely bench but go crazy with shoulders, but my press still only progress as fast as squats and deads, and I barely do deads. I think after a good 5x12, doing additional sets will result in minimal gains.
Oops meant 5x8
you seem to have mild scoliosis, i have it too and there was no exercise that fixed mine but once you get to low bodyfat and work a bit on your posture its much less noticeable
>dat adonis belt
You look fine bro. Maintain and do some core work.

6 months mostly calisthenics occasional squat/dl
Uuuh I’m not really in a place to give advice on anything, but I will say how come all of your bathrooms, apartments look peasant tier :/
looking solid user. our lifts arent super far off except for upper body, especially bench. plus youve got that muscle memory
great progress for that timeframe, got any pics from 3 months ago?
Homie
Your DL is significantly less than your squat
And it’s only 15 pounds more than your bench.
Like literally start all over lol.
No, I didn’t plan ahead for before/after comparison but I didn’t look too different from you. I remember eating deep fried chicken twice a week lol.
For what it’s worth, I’d say make sure your bench technique is good. Squeeze your chest. Don’t excessively arc back. Try flies, incline, and seated resistance press to see if it’ll speed you up.
thanks. im considering switching to dumbbells, inclined yesterday and flying tomorrow. we'll see
How the fuck do you do less than me but look bigger
And oh I’ve heard some say rep max estimates aren’t accurate because lean mass isn’t accounted for. Get your 1/2/3/4 tested next year to be sure.
i have good fat distribution genetics according to other anons

Cant find the pic right now

Just don’t get caught in those in public lol
>I'll take that as a compliment
pretty accurate. I have a retarded serious face.
p.s. roast my routine. I know I've been doing something wrong.
>(15x4)2
>(9x4)2
> (12x4)2
The fuck does this mean
it means I do 15 reps 4 times, with 30 seconds in between each "time". This I do again only after I do 9 reps 4 times of the next one, 12 reps 4 times of the next one, et cetera. I do each "set" twice, eg. I go the whole way and come around again for a second time.
If I understand correctly this is a "superset".
*e.i.
Rhinoplasty and pin the ears back.
Fixed.
thankfully I have a friend who has a brother who's a military rhinoplasty surgeon. Thinking about joining the army for that reason alone. I'm almost about to graduate so I maybe have a chance at comissioned officer school. Gonna shoot for engineer officer or armored vehicle officer.
>inb4 good goy
almost all of it on PPL
i maybe got to 205 x 5 bench press on ULxULxx at absolute most, but i believe that i swapped to PPL before that
yes that's because i havent deadlifted in 2 years and today was my first day deadlifting in over 2 years
furthermore my point was that PPL probably isn't that bad for bench development
are you smart
What's the bf% like 15.5 ish? 5'11'' 150 ibs
