Damn right. I went through absolute hell trying to lose fat. I pushed and grinded in ways that I never thought I was capable of. In the end, I was a millions time better off. It was probably just as painful as physically cutting the fat off my body, and it was 100% worth it. If it was easy and painless, everyone would do it. Nothing worth doing is ever easy, and the pain and struggle made it 100 times better
