Idk just go talk to people and b urself. If you meet new people at uni or at a hobby or whatever talk to them, go for drinks when people go for drinks etc. If you do soemthing wih one group, invite along someone else you know, that person will appreciate it and may in return invite you along more often as well. It’s just some continuous effort, don’t allow yourself to stay in your room too much, take all the invites you can get. As for confidence, you’ll get more of that in the process. Working on things you’re insecure about will help, e.g. getting in shape.
