1/2/3/4 for lanklets?

2 meters tall here, already got 1/2/3/4 after 6 months lifting. How do the ratios increase for these given my height?

So more you fucking retard case closed next

They actually go down the taller you get, really depends on your dimensions. A manlet can squat and bench more because shorter ROM. You did good, get stronger anyway

I'm 6'2" and been lifting for 4.5 months.

Bench is 160lbsx5
OHP is 115lbsx5
DL is 275lbsx5
Squat is 230lbsx5

Reeeeee I don't believe OP.

Pic is me

damn mirin lad
6'6'' here started lifting 2 days ago
any tips?

Bro Im 6’’2’ too what program are you on ? Im running Phul

You look pretty big for your female-tier lifts... must be the lighting

Wtf my lifts are similar and i look like a dyel

I made my own very high volume variation of PHAT.

I lift light weights and focus on form and feeling the contraction. Plus a fuck ton of volume.

Strength does not equal aesthetic imo. Volume and mind muscle contraction for aesthetics. 10-15 reps.

Flexed and face reveal cuz I can't be bothered to edit another photo

how much fuckin toilet paper do you need dude?

A lot bro. I have a roommate whose only hobbies are eating, watching movie clips on youtube, getting drunk, and shitting for an hour multiple times per day

It's about 8lbs of bodyweight per inch in height, using 5'10 as average

So just use the ratio for what you lift. 2m isn't that tall, won't be that much higher

Post body, I want to see what a guy who is 2 meters and can lift 1/2/3/4 looks like.

I refuse to believe. Fuck that.

I'm 6'1",
OHP 140
Bench 260
DL 510
Squat 360

All 1rm, all lbs.

I wish I looked like you. I feel played.

Well I'm dead serious man. I tried those shitty strength meme routines many years ago and made barely any visible gains.

You don't look bad man. With all that strength you should be able to easily transition to a high volume routine where you focus on mind muscle connection.

>not realizing this is a troll post

Not that user but could you explain to me what is a high volume routine? I'm a noob

Not an expert (am side by side guy), and I think it's higher sets/reps.

5x5 is volume of 25
8x4 is higher volume, being 32.

Those lifts are not strong but nice physique i assume you did sports prior?

Only some soccer 6 years ago lol. Here is what I looked like in June 2018

Volume means more total weight lifted. 100lbsx10reps=1000 volume
150x5reps=750 volume

Do them all for ten reps. Tbh you have to train like a bodybuilder to build size, use good form and do more volume, also eat to gain. I look like shit but I’m getting better thanks to these things

6’5” 211 here

I am not baiting dude. Are you saying beginners should do those shitty 3x5 strength routines to make a months worth of progress in 4 months?

You're dumb as shit if you think I'm baiting

chubby 5x5 cope, you could've made sweet newbie gains with high volume. kek
