My quads, i fucking love My quads.
But also, i really like My triceps too, mostly because when i was younger and didn't knew what the fuck i was doing, i used to do push ups believing that those would make My "arms" bigger (bear in mind that "arms" meant biceps to me) so i was kinda confused as to why they didn't grow, so i kept doing more and more, believing that i wasn't training Hard enough. Until one Day i rotated My arm in front of a mirror and noticed My triceps. All that work had paid off, it was Just that i was too ignorant/stupid to notice.
I trained My triceps for 4 months and i didn't look at them in All that time, so it was surprising as fuck. Now, every time i look myself in the mirror, i mire them, remembering how i felt that Day.
