Maybe you need to eat more "non carby foods that contain carbs". Some people can get all the benefits of ketosis up to 100g of carbs.

Some people intentionally break out of keto every 7-10 days with a carb refeed meal.

Some people eat carbs once every couple of days at an amount that will result in depleted glycogen after a workout

Are you low on electrolytes? get some no carb electrolyte mix

Are you dehydrated? drink too much water

micros are actually more important on keto (enough potassium, magnesium, sodium are the big 3 most people lack while in keto, and they WILL fuck you up if you get too little of it

I also count my macros, and use the pee strips to check my ketone levels.
I'm in ketosis, the first two days after being in deep keto was great (I did a fast -> heavy keto), gave me a cold serotonergic feel but now I just feel sluggish.

Right is my dream girl.

Then use keto for the lessons it taught you. No processed foods, stay off the sauce, and prepare your meals. Go back to eating whatever just don't eat garbage.

I wouldn't add in carbs though. Maybe lower fat bit and add fruit?

I miss the clear mindedness and energy I had while on keto. Had to switch back to carbs now that I'm on a bulk

eat carbs around your workouts and you'll be fine. The problem is eating them in excess multiple times a day. Fruits and veggies aren't the devil
