Nothing set, just alternate between benching flat/incline, and bent over rows/pullups with abs & delts every day; pepper in isolations as I like. I let myself have a lot of flexibility; e.g. if I don't wanna do back shit and just wanna bench twice in a row, I will. As long as you do shit that you find fun, I'm sure you'd get good results because you'll put in the most effort

Nothing really, I did standard hypertrophic weight lifting, full body every other day and incorporated fasting. This is what I started with.
