What's a game that's:
>relaxing
>deep and complex
>tonnes of replayability
>doesn't require you to make friends for it to be fun
I need a new go too game that's not like SC2 because this game is getting too frustrating.

How about the game of fucking off of my board retarded frogposter
Honestly In my opinion, Horizon zero Dawn is a great game. There is also a game called Nostale. Both are extremely fun and complex
Try factorio, its really relaxing and complex. You can never have a 100% correct way to play it. Also, if you're into programming I recommend TIS-1000 and similar games. They're logic based and relaxing to me. Or just play chess lol, get on the elo grind.
oldschool runescape
I wouldn't actually recommend it but it sounds like what you want.
bg1+2
>Horizon zero Dawn
I don't own a PS4 sadly, I only have a PC
>Nostale
Alright, looks interesting well check it out!
>factorio
hmmm, I considered getting it years but ago but held off because it looked incomplete, alright will check this out as well
>chess
unironically makes me stressed out lel, anything that's competitve just makes me so sad and angry.
>oldschool runescape
yeah I was waiting for this recommendation, why wouldn't you recommend it though?
fallout new vegas
>origigiginal
Some farming game
Stardew valley is top tier comfy
BOTW if you have a switch
If you like history, paradox games. Crusader Kings II
Shenmue 1 & 2 got a re-release recently. Very nice atmosphere and the story is interesting if you have the patience with its slow ass in game time progression. First playthrough of shenmue 1 took a good 20 hours.
Chess, it's also great for seeming like a genius.
C:DDA. Disable the retarded spawns and pick a version before the food freezing update. Chip away
vampire the masquerade bloodlines
morrowind
minecruft obviously
Dishonored 1 and or 2
Legend of Zelda. Just chill puzzle solving with some light combat and amazing music.
Replayability factor is high if you want try different ways of getting through it (I.e. bow only no sword, etc)
Hearts of iron 3 if you're autistic. Hearts of iron 4 if you aren't autistic
what's wrong with the food freezing update? just carry a hotplate or mess kit and heat things up easy
>my childhood in a post
Excellent taste fren
>its good because me was child
shit taste
Try Terraria. it's one of my favorite games.
Fallout series is my happy place.
Pirates of Caribbean RPG
was fucking fun when I was a child until I found a bug that broke the game and made it less fun for me
It has so many little details that autists like you guys will like it
best game on the world
path of exile. free to play and its better than fucking diablo 3.
Can confirm, over 1.5k hours in terraria and it's my all-time favorite.
debate me fuckers, just try me
i tired to get into that game as i like pirate stuff but couldn't get past the controls, is their a way to make them better or do i have to put through with them
What's wrong with pepe.
Was he stolen by the normies?
Europa Universalis IV and Crusader Kings II
what controls?
they ain't that hard to handle
da best game ever
game name? nnhgfd
The Stanley Parable
I love it,but it's mostly cause I'm an existentialfag
look at origigi
Heroes of Might and Magic 3 fits your description perfectly. Old comfy TBS, it's fucking immortal.
I can get behind this. MC is really relaxing to play in survival or dick around in creative with redstone.
I used to play a lot of Civilization V to pass the time. It's a very fun and relaxing game. If you're feeling adventurous, you can try the multiplayer. It's pretty hardcore though but incredibly fun.
This is the only correct answer here, Minecraft has nearly infinite replayability if you play it to build things.
>anything that's competitive just makes me so sad and angry.
But winning feels really good doesn't it? That's why we play >:3 git gud lmao
I use to play the MMO all the time, it was the first and only MMO game I ever enjoyed
Try Rimworld. It's pretty good and meets all of your requirements
>relaxing
>deep and complex
incompatible in my book
if you're willing to spend 50$ or more extra on dlcs to completely enjoy the game then why the fuck not
>pepe
GET THE FUCK OFF MY BOARD
>tfw still don't have the satisfactory alpha
why are we still here? just to suffer?
i'm sorry that you got the Retarded Edition of the book
>Hotel Dusk: Room 215
Skipped this back in the day because I was too autistic. Been playing only this and the sequel the past month. Get a DS on Craigslist for $20 and get in on it user!
Honesltly animal crossing new leaf easy 200 hours of playtime
tumblr thinks pepe is an alt-right thing and they're terrified of us becoming redpilled
>pepe
NORMALFAGGOTS FUCKING LEAVE
I would also recommend rimworld. It's complex enough but also very relaxing
You could also try a paradox game like EU4. Once you learn the basics it's pretty chill and if you get frustrated you can just cheat. Also you can pirate the game and all dlc easily, just check the /vg/ thread
>tfw game-torrenting master race
Hoi4 is a DLC-filled shitshow too. Good thing there are MLP and Fallout mods to unfuck that game.
I find Crusader kings 2 to be all of those things OP. I have 4000 hours in it (with mods of course).
>tfw i wont be able to have steam overlay, achievements or an hour counter if i torrent it
If youre into history stuff gsg games like CKII and EUIV are like this. I have 900 hours in EUIV and I havent even come close to doing everything I can
Kenshi for sure
Buy base game and pirate dlc, it works perfectly
I've got a perfect game that fits all those categories.
Coolmathgames.com
play rhythm games, etterna is really good
Is this even Jow Forums anymore none of you recommended
>MOUNT AND BLADE WARBAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
>Deep and Complex gameplay
>remains relaxing because you play at your own pace
>extremely replayable with or without mods
>single player in itself is the most addicting shit ever
>*bonus* doesn't require high end pc
Create your army user dominate calridia with your army of swadian cavalry in the never ending hunt for butter, just don't join the rhodoks
Mount & Blade Warband
Sure, graphics are not amazing, but you get to meet amazing people like Jarl Olaf or King Harlaus in the early game, and later get to become a vassal yourself and plan daring campaigns against your liege's enemies.
There is something soothing to me in watching your infantrymen advance in formation, knowing that you will achieve victory.
Don't worry user, I was busy doing 5 min long verification while you put up yours.
I put 1000+ hours in mount and blade warband Napoleonic wars
The Saboteur; you can get it on GOG. Being an Irish """terrorist""" going around killing Nazis has never been more fun.
Also the color/black and white aesthetic is pretty cool
youtube.com
the binding of isaac
though it might be tough for someone that isnt used to bullet hells
its not even that bad imo
dont listen to anons with poor taste that recommend you garbage
maybe except warband anons, they cool
vampire the mascarade bloodlines, my dude
comfy, small, modern locations
almost unmatchable replaybility
its old school aRPG, so its rather complexed - but not too much
chill radio and TV to watch
very unique setting and gameplay. very well written
Victoria 2 and other grand strategy games. Autism friendly.
Fire emblem Baby! So much fun! If you want a game that has all those traits but repayable the beginner's guide.
Dominions 5
Teebeeh
Pillars of eternity 2 original sin
Subnatica, it's a bit terrifying at moments but it's also a gorgues single player, one of the best soundtracks reminiscent of metroidis prime, in fact I feel the makers of the game we're hard core fans of metro is. Anyways get subnatica
some uhhhh fuckin uhhh
subnautica there ya go
Halo Wars 2!!! get it free with xbox game pass
crossplay pc and xbox
Celeste is a lovely game
what game is this picture from, I like it's style
Uncharted Waters: New Horizons
SaGa Frontier 2
Diablo 2
>(Might not be relaxing)
Elona
The Last Remnant
Grand Strategy games
Games like Baldur's Gate, Planescape:Torment
>(Might not be deep and complex)
Valkyrie Profile 1&2
>(Might require a couple of friends to be fun)
M:tG
>not getting super meditation in your autism mode
what is wrong with you?
figuring out game dynamics, especially if it's intricate shit with small details that are intertwined, is the best for calming me down and getting me "in zone"
sad how game was broken by autists that found tactics and wrote them online
>play game as a kid
>with competitive little shit that would just go online to study stuff to win
>ask him why the fuck does he do that instead of playing the game by himself and thinking up a tactic on his own
>"I like to win"
>still loved the game even though he won most of the times by playing the same shit over and over again
t. pic related
SEETHING
Skyrim, modded Minecraft, flash games in general. ROTMG is an MMORPG that's free and probably frustrating but I love it.
Its from a game called Blue Reflection.
thankxs user
Warframe, not much to say, lots of content, good concept and friendly community.
seconding these, my personal favorite of the paradox grand strategies is Victoria II. You will have to invest some time into learning the games, however
That sounds exactly like Dark Souls
If you're not great at videogames it might not be relaxing though. Its not too hard but it might be frustrating at some points
me too i fucking miss it so much
>SC2
Sim City 2000? Frustrating?
I'm willing to bet Sid Meier's Pirates! is superior
>relaxing
>deep and complex
you can't have both
Dwarf fortress. Honestly surprised it wasnt mentioned.
How long does it take until you know what you're doing? I'm not too dumb and have loads of free time.
Use the wiki and just figure things out. Its not too bad once you get the jist of it.
I'd say Civ 2 with it's expansions. Especially Alpha Centauri. Also the original Wasteland or Wasteland 2 is pretty good would recommend.
Portal and Portal 2. These games are a masterpiece and if you havent played them, you should. Theyre both on Playstation and Xbox's game stores for cheap. And Steam. Obviously.
When videogames become tiresome just remember that there is real life and you could always just play legos or something of that sort.
Actually use your imagination.
Sounds like a book would work better
i played portal on the orange box back in 2012, its an ok game. I started playing portal 2 in 2013 and stopped half way only to pick it up and finish it 3 years later in 2016 kek.
