Depends entirely on how lean you are. You can have some 20 inch arms but be fat as fuck, though a lot of normies cant tell the difference

I workout for like 5 years and have a decent 18 inch arm

Anything under 16 is pretty bad if you’ve been lifting for a long time.

I was at 11.5 in April and now I am slightly over 14 inches. The tricep flab is probably like .5 inches of my arms lol.
