stopped working out 4 years ago and just got back(1month ago) into lifting semi seriously. I did do go climbing a few times a month and had a few weeks of lifting each year which helped me keep some gains fortunately. Current stats:

diddly 350x5
Currently training to get my strength back and working on OAC. I seriously should start cutting but the noob gains are too tempting at this point.
