"but user you CAN'T traing the same muscles all day all the days"
explain me this shit, builders are doing the same workout at least 5/7 days trough all the day

this guy isn't natty tho

You can do the same workout every day. Just do full body which is what they do.

Have you seen what builders actually look like?

>puts on hard hat
>"HEY LOOK, A CONSTRUCTION WORKER! DURRRR"

yeah, like gods

You can train every muscle every day, multiple times a day if you want, the only thing that will happen is you'll get bigger than some lazy fuck who only trains 3 times a week.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is fucking retarded.

Builders might occasionally lift something kinda heavy, but it's not like that's what their job entails non-stop.

Feel free to do exercises as often as you want if it's just lifting a 20 kg bag of cement or whatever. The advice in your post is for lifting actual weight

lmao no. skinnyfat or just fat
the guy in your picture is a model

I meant in real life, not the ones on your gay porn calendar

painting, laying bricks or hitting shit with the hammer once in a while is not a workout

Are you retarded brother

b-but SS, you need time to recover don't you?

>Dionysus mode
twinks btfo

I mean Dionysus is a pretty chill dude, though

Localized muscle damage and muscle fatigue.

builders arent tiring any given muscle enough for them to grow, you need to reach somewhat close to muscular failure for a muscle to grow, unless you are a complete bedridden cancer patient that benefits from even walking.
also builders are mostly skinnyfat

Construction jobs usually vary what you're doing on a job to job basis. One season you might be doing repetitive lifting or swinging sledges every 30 seconds for 8+ hours a day

usually you'll end up doing some menial shit like drilling holes or holding shit steady for someone else

at my old job building mobile homes you'd do basically everything from framing to drywalling and electrical work, it was really good general experience building work, and I went from a scrawny fat dyel to a beer bellied thug looking fuck in about a year. The gains were nice but I permanently fucked the tendons in my hands due to a misdiagnosed fracture in my hand that healed wrong and messed with soft tissues.

so stick to the gym

If this was optimal for growth: why none of the top pros, who use steroids (which aid in recovery in the first place) none of train by this style?

If you're using steroids this style of training is unnecessary, the steroids greatly extend the time the muscle is "anabolic" i.e. it is growing, so much less training frequency is required.
