Anyways, I'm 5'7 150lbs and I never felt bad about my height until I found Jow Forums. The only time someone said I was short was this 6'4" faggot at work who hated me because I beat him in an arm wrestle.

I got really hard into bodyweight for like 6 or 8 months preparing myself to hit the gym hard and then had surgery. It's been 9 months and i still have to wait to start hitting the wheights, i only do core bodyweight exercises because that are the only ones wich don't harm me.

honestly the average of my country is something like 168-170cm for males.
