These came with jackedpack, basically a protein bar wanting to be a candy bar. It tastes awful due to it being protein packed. Calories of a candy bar with taste of protein, waste of time unless you're trying to gain weight.

Protein bars are way better than candy bars though. There's like a million different brands and varieties compared to the standard candy bar selection you get at every checkout lane at the supermarket. Yeah, some a just as bad as Snickers bars but it's not hard to find bars that are low in sugar and other shitty ingredients.

Make them homemade
Four scoops (bulkpowers, cheap as it can get)
Oats
Natural peanut butter
A picture of scooby

Half an hour in the freezer and when it's ready put in in the microwave until it's soft and squichy

That's about 3 to 4 servings

1/3 of the natural peanut butter can
rolled oats + instant oats.
Add some stevia to that shit and chuck in a couple drops of vanilla essence.
2 pictures of scooby.
Add supermang pictures to taste.
Throw in the oven for 15 mins then freeze.

Remember to go down the road and not across the street.

1 protein bar~ 250-300kcals, 15-25g protein usually
1 scoop protein powder~ 140-160kcals, 25-30g protein

Alot of the name brand protein bars are just fucking candy bars with a half scoop of protein powder dumped into them (it says it right in the ingredients

Plus they tend to have more added sugar than you really need.

Pic related are also really great. Very filling, low sugar and very flavorful. They just re-did the formula and have a way better texture than before. A bit of sugar alcohols is the only downside.

Literally candy that's fortified with protein. I've never found a protein bar that was both high in protein in healthy. Only ones that were relatively healthy. If you want them go ahead and have them as an occasional treat but don't make them a 'staple'.
