Romanian deadlift for 4-6 weeks from a standing start and slightly bent knees, without releasing the tension to the floor. Focus on loading hamstrings. Feel the tension in them when you lift from the floor to start.

Start normal deadlift again, go lighter / more reps with a wider grip and straps to stop your back rounding, focus on preloading hams.

+5kg a week dropping reps and moving grip inwards as needed and you'll DL more than you squat.

Why is 1pl8 OHP and 2pl8 Bench such a sought after achievement? Been lifting a little over 2 month and managed these lifts recently.
3 pl8 squat and 4 pl8 DL seem the only things I'd need to seriously work for due to weak as fuck legs :(

1 plate is 1 x 20kg/45lb per side + bar
So 1pl8 = 2*20+20=60kg

Whatever makes you feel good about yourself is the minimum.

1pl8 = 60kg
2 = 100kg
3 = 140kg
4= 180kg

No, it’s because you measure lifts to two decimals instead of rounding down. It’s the same as manlets measuring to quarter inches.
