I've done keto, non-dairy, and a combination of both at intermittent times and I'm telling you the curse of the pepperoni remains. While I agree that you're theory is definitely correlated to decreased pectoral adipose deposition, I think my issue is a little bit more about raw areola diameter. Next CBT picture I take I'll flick my nips a few times.

Yeah, sorry man I was just trying to help, I find that whenever I jump on high carb diets my nips start to protude and get real puffy even when bodyweight stays constant.
Idk why that is but for me at least carbs in noticeable ammounts make me look puffy.

i would strongly recommend taking up wrestling before you start mma if you don't have a base and if you're thinking about competing. if you're just looking for cardio, swimming or cross-country skiing would be more effective.

Thanks man. I tend to feel shoulder discomfort on overhead pressing movement, and I'm doing my best to avoid getting injured. Dumbbell presses seem to feel a little better, so I do those every so often.

its not just love handles, you are fat all around, sorry.
It is hard dropping fat with only 5kg of lean mass, the best option for you, I believe, would be a steady, small and clean bulk to put some muscle on then you cut hard.

Already been bulking for a few months now, started cutting for like a month, I think I'll keep on cutting, seriously at this point I'll prefer to be skelly mode than whatever Im now. It minght not look like it in this picture, but I belive that I have some sort of muscle mass base
