It takes time to build muscle. Powerlifting training helps you race to a number you can put on a bar. Volume training over time builds solid muscle. Squatting 225 won’t give you legs, but squatting 225 for 5 sets of 10 will put you closer to decent legs.

100kg for a struggle bus set of 3 will not get you big legs. My 1RM is 4plates and my legs are small still. Bigger, but still small. It takes time.
