My shoulders aren't growing in proportion to the rest of my body...

My shoulders aren't growing in proportion to the rest of my body, as it stands the only exercise I do that targets the shoulders are OHP

What else can I do to properly hit them.

I had the same problem. Try doing triple compression bumps; should sort you out.

Would you be ready to sacrifice something big just to have sex with this girl ?

Me : Everything.

If the devil told me : Go ahead user you can do whatever you want with her but your remaining life time will be mine

I'd say yes mister devil absolutely. I live in a nightmare anyway so free me from this hell, finally I will have a good time with a beauty such as this m'lady.
I'd milk her bulky tits out. I would lick all the sweat. Lick her abs, her fit anus, drain all the shit out from her anus

>he doesn't do dips
lmao

Dips, lat raises, Arnold press

Weighted pull-up, weighted dip, standing DB ohp

Ditch the protein powder and hit that tub of Hurrr and your gains will come

OHP is shit for shoulder mass and horrible for your rotator cuffs.
Stop doing them.
Do front raises, side raises and bent side raises.

The best routine for shoulders

Let me guess, Face pulls too?

I do pullups and dips, I do standing OHP but that's as far as it goes.

It's still not enough.

her core is very wide

Or her obliques are very small

first of all, the appearance of "big" delts is facilitated by the side delts, which the OHP barely hits. If you really want your shoulders to explode do a shit load of lateral raises (4x week), the muscle is really small and can recover very fast

secondly, OHP is shit if your goal is sheer front delt development. The lift is gated by your core strength, meaning your delts could do more, but your core is too weak to go on any further. To remedy this, do more seated db presses

thanks going to the gym right now to do lateral raises and seated DB presses

I don’t think this is true at all. Your core is involved in keep your back from going into extension, sure, but it only wants to go into extension to try to get your pecs involved if your shoulders are too weak to complete the lift.

It's just sex you thirsty idiot

Probably has a lot to do with genetics, but my shoulders are ridiculously big and my chest is tiny.
Routine is push pull, each twice a week

Push 1:
front squats
Standing OHP
Seated dumbell press
Incline Dumbell
Dips
Tricep accessories
Db Lateral Raises

Push 2
Back squats
Flat bench
Incline Bench
Cable flies
Dips
Tricep accessories super setter with cable Lateral raises

do more shoulder exercises
OHP
DB OHP
Lateral Raises
Delt Raises

maybe you should do more core work if thats your limit to ohp

whatever you chose to do, DO NOT neglect your rear delts. shoulders are about balanced front rear and side delts

My shoulder routine
2x per week

Overhead press - 10 sets of 4
Superset: Arnold Press and lateral raise - 5 sets of 8
Superset #2: Upright row - 5 sets of 6 and rear delt flys - 5 sets of 12

Make sure you row, rear delt adds ALOT to shoulder appearance
