Might need to know what you mean specifically... being married to her is very nice but she is obviously different from any other woman. I would say for things that a result of her culture:
She has very mature and immature moments, capable of fulfilling conversation but at 30 she still throws tantrums like a toddler. She is very independant, loyal, although we keep duties pretty my sided she is eager to cleanup and be heavily motivated. She is now a devout christian. Sex is very consistent, we work very well together and she has a big appetite. The biggest difference is probably the mentioned maturity and also my relationship with in-laws.
I do all the cooking so I have learned alot of chinese dishes to cook. There is a couple of dishes I am fond of: "Mi Zhou" which some would call Congee, which is like oatmeal made out if rice. And chinese sausage (can't remember characters) it tastes spoiled even when prepared right but its great when in the right dish.
Congee and chinese sausage are like intro tier though. Haven't you had anything that had a greater potential of weirding you out? Like Jellyfish. Or stir fried chicken claw
Most of the heavier shit never sat well with me, I really dislike any congealed blood or tripe style shit. I would say the worst is a dish made with slow cooked potato noodles that has pork meat and chopped vegetables. The noodles have the texture of straight snot. Now that I am thinking if it, there is a common dush where you take fish and steam it over a period of time and the braise it in a pork broth, like a gravy almost. I was never a fan of eating a whole fish without fileting it but that particular dish changed my angle.

It might have been mung bean starch but like you said you wouldn't cook that for an extended period of time. This stuff looked like jelly fish, almost invisible in water. It was awful. I've since had alot of braised fish, its a go too meal for me cause its easy af to cook.
