Jow Forums meals

What are some Jow Forums meals that y'all like to cook up? I'm really fond of spaghetti with some really meaty sauce, just get a lot of ground beef and whatnot, mix it with the sauce and put it on some angel hair, I could eat the stuff every day

Just ate 2 x 200gr sirloin steaks and 400gr of rice, headed to the gym now, feels good

Sounds nice, I can't eat before the gym though, it makes me feel like I'm gonna puke. That post workout meal is amazing though

Looking good my dude.
Be sure to only buy high quality beef though, paying some extra money to dodge poison is worth it in the long run.
>t. vegan

You should add a bit of fish sauce to your spaghetti, or anchovies if you don't have fish sauce. Trust me, it'll be amazing.

Also, I like making buffalo chicken dip. It's perfect bulking food.

Meat slop.

i eat roast meat and vegetables everyday. delicious, easy, healthy

get a piece of meat, chicken, sausage, whatever, season if you want
get some vegetables and toss with olive oil and spices
sear the meat in a hot cast iron
add the veg
into the oven @ 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes

I usually keep it simple and have white rice, broccoli, and ground beef/turkey.

I season the hell out of everything with garlic/onion so shit tastes great, got a bunch of Hispanic seasonings from mami that make anything taste great

>meat
>healthy
Pick one m8

lean meat and green vegetables is hands down the most healthy food on the planet, as objectively agreed upon by every single academic and scientist who has done research on the subject

>Ground meat
>tomatoes
>Spicy
>Garlic
>cheese
really good stuff

Crockpot Cookery*

can you hold off the nerd talk for one thread?

The fuck are you talking about? There's not a single certified dietitian who would ever recommend red meat, lean or not.

Beef heart, lentils, black beans, tomatoes and barley

BASED and simple pilled

Just made this
>steak
>eggs
>mushrooms
>bacon
>broccoli
>cheddar cheese

looks good user, what are the macros on that? I love mushroom and broccoli

>mushroom instead of onion
get a load of this onions cumdupster

my daily meal is
>can of sardines, drink the oil they're soaking in
>2 lbs ground beef
>6 eggs
>8 tbsp butter
and if it's the day before I go to the gym I'll add
>1 lb sweet potato
going to start adding the following to my gym days as well
>.5 lb raw beef liver
maybe increase to 1 lb depending how it goes.

I would swap the ground beef out for 3 lb of steak but it's 4x the price per lb where I am...

PROTEIN:
*42g core life shakes
*Eggs (fried)
*Chicken (baked or grilled)
*Salmon (baked or grilled)

Fat:
Nuts (pecans, pistachios, macadamias, almonds, cashews)-(put in mouth and chew
EVOO, High oleic sunflower, coconut oil (on eggs)
Fish/krill oil

Carbs:
(Nothing consumed for the sake of carbs)

Vegetables:
Liquified broccoli, beets, tomatoes, broccoli sprouts (put in blender and drink it up)

Man I guess it's time I got a cast iron then, huh

That sounds perfect

tldr, you delusional veganposter

>large amounts of evidence supporting moderate intake of lean red meat to be acceptable if not beneficial for a healthy diet
>most risk associated with meat is actually associated with processed meat, visible fat, preservatives, or excessively high meat intake without a balanced diet

Not sure (probably not) if Jow Forums, but:

>broiled tilapia fillets
>sauce made of lemon juice, butter, mayo, dill, and parmesan cheese
>steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with lemon juice, garlic and butter
>greek yogurt and kiwi for dessert
