I literally eat like a 5 star restaurant while my family eats like peasants even while I try to teach them recipes.

>5 star restaurant
>that pic
dont know about that one chief

that grotesque grill is not a recipe

t.French mom/Italian dad

People will make fun of your picture, but it's super healthy, really easy, and very tasty.

Yes but it is not a 5 star restaurant.

Good on OP for improiving himself but lets keep it real.

Nice pic, what did you do just a stir fry?

I'm sure he wasn't being literal. Restaurants aren't graded on a 5 star rating anyway.

It's a solid 3 no doubt about it

where's the meat?

It's literally just stir fry. Delicious and easy but not something I would order in a restaurant desu

go on explain that apart from every piece of media using stars as a rating michelin even do so.

So OP's dish is a 3 star michelin?

how do anglos tell apart peppers (spice) from pepper (veggie)?

That looks incredible

thats like 500 calories max

Im a useless fat shit, i can cook, but only do on weekends. Breakfast is usually some bacon, a few eggs, and toast
Lunch is usually a sandwich (3 slices of bread, teo kinds of meat, some cheese, sriracha mayo), a snack size bag or 2 of chips, and a piece of fruit
Dinner is eithet random junk food, or something like frozen pizza (tbis is post work, usually 11:30, sometimes 1:30)
How do i stop eating like shit, should i fall for the meal prep meme

Context

Bell pepper and pepper. But again there are many different variations of both.

So?

cringe

>chief
nigger detected

Spiced are usually idemtified by their specific name, ex habanero or jalapeno

pepper (spice) = pimiento
pepper (veggie) = pimenton

we have diferent words in tacospeak.

what's paprika then?

On Sundays I make chicken curry with chickpeas, baby corn, and peppers with wholewheat rice; I dish it out into 4/5 lunch boxes and eat it as lunch for the week.

I cook some, but not all of my own dinners. On weekdays I always use lentils and carrots to make a bolognase or soup depending on what I have, and on weekends I find some recipes to try out.

If you wanna lose weight you can't do it without cooking your own food.

nice

yes, healthy food is literally tastier than processed trash, that's why you're a sad bag and feel like a piece of shit.

I've actually noticed that if I binge eating junk food I literally feel more depressed the next day.

I’m cutting

>current year
>not getting your daily protein by consuming 5kg+ of vegetables per day
It's like you're actively trying to not make it

nofap and processed food is basically feel like trash, because your body is trash.

A spice made from pepper.

Its kinda funny how the English language has more words than most other languages but people still get confused with the context used for certain words. So odd.

Meal prep is only a meme if you call it "meal prep" like some Instagram faggot. The rest of the world knows it as "leftovers"

Im just bad at time management, when i finish qll my errands for the day, i maybe have 45 minutes at best left, which isnt enough time to properly cook and clean. Maybe doing a weeks worth of cooking on one day would be smarter

I mean to say that Im able to tell the difference by the context in which the word is used.

Cooking your own meals is one of the first steps to bettering yourself I found, I went from 120kg to 90kg by change of diet and choosing to walk to places I would normally drive. During that process I came to Jow Forums and started to lift down to 80kg now.

Once you start to cook your own meals you will realize how easy it is and how much more enjoyment you can get from a decent home cooked meal.

I can cook but most of what i can cook is heavy or takes a long time. My grandpa was a chef, and while his food is excellent, its not great for getting fit

pepper as a spice is either
>black pepper
>paprika
>chili
and pepper as a veggie is
>red
>yellow
>green
>long
>jalapeno, serano, etc

I have three kids, play football four times a week, work 45 hours minimum and still find time to cook my work meals. Get a grip

Get a crockpot and make it easy. Over half my week is crockpot meals. 5 minutes prep for most recipes, simple ingredients, great taste. Clean up and storage is all just as fast. Think big slab of pot roast from store, dice some potatoes carrots etc and turn it on for 6 hours st low. Shred meat, eat, put the rest in fridge. Rinse repeat.

>45 hours minimum
>not working 60+ to line mr goldsteins pockets

So...are you a 100 lb woman?

sure....

Heres a compilation of fit infographics

You can eat more than one meal a day

cool it with the anti semitic remarks

>tfw my meals are almost exclusively made by me, with every part made or grown by me except the meat.

Its funny because the companys presidents last name is one of (((those))) last names

Are you jelly? Post body so I can laugh at you

Clearly he miss-typed "chef." insecure about your masculinity?
