How old were you when you started lifting?
Is 26 too old to make it?

no. get a gym membership and a personal trainer for a month. tell him (yes, him) you want to be good at push ups and pull ups and a better sprint. he'll probably put you on a bro split which is fine. just make sure you don't eat like complete shit, actually do the exercises with correct form, do progressive overload, and DON'T SKIP DAYS

off you go

If you’re 26, lift super focused for a year and then start roiding

26 isn't as good as 16 but better than 36. Just get in the gym. You are in your prime, you're fine. Stop overthinking it.

Source nao, is chick on left named Suzie?

Lena Paul summer hart Joi

12.
I'm old as fuck now and have a natural FFMI of 26.

It's never too late

don't listen to him, op.

And no. It's never too late to get on the right tracK and live an active lifestyle. It will still prolong your life significantly..
Unless you just doing it to get laid...then u guess just do it. Just remember to put a cap on yoyr gaibs because most girls don't like freakishly huge muscle heads.

Imagine coping this hard

18 (28 now), but I've literally only "really" put serious emphasis on my training and diet in the last year. I've wasted so much time and gains.

As you approach your thirties diet will start to become a bigger and bigger factor. Younger guys just have to eat for protein intake and caloric surplus/deficit, throwing nutrition and to an extent macros as a whole out the window because their metabolisms convert more of what they eat into energy and are very “fast in fast out”, meaning that bad food and the shit that’s in that bad food doesn’t stick around it just runs through them.

>calling a good, undeniably true piece of advice a cope
Come in, dispatch, I’ve got a visual on that escapee from the virgin sanitarium.

Nothing miraculous happens between 20s and 30s. You burn a few more calories in 20s, but it’s pretty negligible.

Growth and development stop in your mid to late-20s. As a result your body has nothing to do with excess so you start putting on fat, which is evolutionarily beneficial but aesthetically unpleasant.

I only really enjoy pov joi pornography where you don't see any penises or men with multiple thick women (the more they interact with each other the better). Preferably with dialogue but no incest stuff. (Wife with friend or sister is perfect) Why is this type of pornography so hard to find?

>he thinks women tell the truth of what they want
Confirmed “nice-guy” virgin

19 or 20.

It's not too late. The body you have in your early 20s impacts your physical health for the rest of your life so do try and catch up It's not too late.

The only "cap" to have is the amount of tren you're willing to do.

>kissless virgin deludes himself into thinking that women are sexually attracted to brute-like physical strength and not lean, muscular aesthetics
Why do you think the male love interest in every romance movie ever looks like this you retard

Started lifting at 30 when I hung up my racing shoes. I ran competitively I high school and college (15:40 5k, 32:17 10k) but decided to get big when my wife and I started our family. I put on 25 pounds in 8 months from 140 to 165 then went on my first cut. On my second bulk now, just got back over 160. Have gone from 1rm of 75/125/185/185 to 100/175/235/315. Diet matters a lot, as does consistency.

You must be underaged

It's true though if you count roid monsters.

No man can be too big for women being natty.... but a lot of women dislike the types of Rich Piana.

what us your definition of freakishly huge muscle head?
Muscles are fine for a lot of girls (though some want wanting to do with it ) but looking like Brock Lesser only turns most girls off is my point.
Go ahead though, keep denying reality and calling it "females not telling the truth about what we want." It's amusing.

Think of it like this:
Do you want to be stronger and better looking at 27, or do you want to look one year older and nothing else?

Go to the gym.
