one you hold with hands the other on your back :))
chances are you do low bar squat so you already work hamstrings and lower back more than quads might aswell work quads more on the hex bar to compensate and even it out

I only do hex bar deadlifts tho. Feels a lot better than conventional. I typically do 4x8 on pull days when before I'd do standard diddlys for 3x5
