How’s your 1/2/3/4 going
Doing better than me man keep it up
>deadlifting 150lbs
We all start somewhere.
1/2/3/3.5 getting close
Is this for 1? I don't really OHP, so 290/465/500
0.6/0.9/1/1.5
Started lifting for the first time ever like 2 months ago with SL 5x5. Started with the bar for most of these.
hit everything except for 225 bench in high school, got a 5pl8 deadlift before i got a 2pl8 bench lmao
Same
>340/475/500
Got it three years ago. Heh, nuthin' personnel, kiddo.
have been doing SL5x5 also since Jan (semi consistently).
80/140/240/240
I have girl wrists and no forearm strength so im going to start using deadlift straps so the bar doesnt slip out on deadlifts.
0.8/1.4/2.2/got hit by a car and broke my back and am now to scared to DL out of fear I'll break it again.
These stats are after 3 years of rehab.
Started in July with a purpose with Golden Six then switched to SL5x5. Now doing a PHUL because of my work schedule. Did some SL at the beginning of the year for a couple months without any real direction or discipline. Currently at 125/205/320/345.
Pretty good.
>1.33/2.2/3.5/4.15
For at least 3.
Really hoping for a tested
>1.5/2.5/4/4.5
For at least 1 by the end of the year
>less than 6 months
>3 different programs
This is how I know you're not gonna make it user.
You bench more than you squat?
I somehow squated 135 x10 a month ago, however when I tried doing 5/3/1 using the calculated ORM I crumpled under the weight
125lb/185lb/265lb/325lb
Weakling
>OHP 1RM is calculating to just under 135, Bench is calculating around 210
>deads are 1RM of 245
>squats 200 1RM
I shouldn't have skipped so many leg days. I'm trying to unfuck my shit.
You ever try adding some grip work?
>has no forearm strength and weak wrists
>cuts them slack with straps
Farmers carries, reverse curls, grip crushers, and no straps on deadlift. Unfuck your forearms.
-t. Used to be able to wrap my middle finger around my wrists, and have my thumb come up and touch the first knuckle from the tip, have gotten to barely making contact between thumb and middle finger tip
>taking lifting advice from a fat DYEL boomer manlet
If you do this, you're gonna have a bad time.
Just hit 2 plate deadlift the other day. Was seeing stars and stuff and I had to catch my breath in between each rep of the 1x5, but it felt so amazing. It really cleared my head.
145/205/315/345
>American units
Plz send halp on DL
Well the Golden 6 was to get back into the movements again after not doing it for a while. And like I said the SL didn't work with my schedule. It's all the same movements its just that the rep scheme has changed.
For 2 reps
125/185/235/275
1.75 bench
2.125 squat
3.375 deadlift
0.75/1.5/2.9/2.1 to be exactly specific
OHP is my worst lift and progression on deads is slow
6 months of lifting, started at the bar with everything but DL. 175lb 6ft
125/195/255/375
currently at -/0.8/1.6/1.8
1.5/2.5/4.25/3.75
I'll be 2/3/5/x before I hit that 4plate DL
how is your squat so high?
Probably just lucky, my legs are naturally big and I wasn't very active in school. My Leg Press is trash though, so I think i've just got a decently strong squat for some reason.
i made it after i stopped taking advice from Jow Forums
Currently hit 1/2/3/4x 5 and now im at 1/2/3/5 and going for 2 pl8 OHP
0/1.2/1.8/2.2
gonna stop deadlifting unfortunately because of health problems
im gonna learn to ohp though
1/1.75/2.something/2.375
Ouch!
>1/2/2/2.5
feels bad man.
0.9/1.8/2.1/2.8
Should be done by no later than March
I did 1/2/3/4 in 7 months of doing stronglifts. Am now 2 years in and am at
1.6/2.4/4/4.4
>tfw 1.5/2.5/1/1.5
Training legs is for bloatmaxxing "powerlifters"
TO ALL DYEL NOOBS: TRAIN UPPERBODY AT LEAST 3x AS MUCH AS LEGS IF YOU WANT AESTHETICS
I was genetic freak according to my personal trainer so i did a modified version of stronglifts. I got 1/2/3/4 in 5 months.
About 2 months into lifting:
0.6/1/1.6/2.4, all for reps, bench lagging a lot though.
gj user
user at is correct. Also pull ups with a towel. Brian Alrsuhe has some pretty good ideas on how to improve your grip.
0.9/1.8/3.1/2.4
I should skip leg day, right?
>1check
>2check
>lmao what's the point of even squatting more than 2pl8
>lmao who the fuck deadlifts I'm not some faggot powerlifter
Is deadlifting easier for yall shorter folks
im at 150 too and shits weirdly hard for me
6"3' here
0.8/no bench/2/3
Why would you? If you are good at something you should do it even more, you could make enormous squat gains!
It’s easier for us tall boys. Keep at it. I was DLing 3.5pl8 when I only benched 165.
0.5/1.25/1.5/NaN
Bit more than a month in taking up lifting, diddlies intimidate me
I am .75 on everything.
At
120/165/195/245
I wonder if going to straight halfway and switching to 3x10 will help me progress faster?
1.375/2/2.625/3.25 doing ok
1.1/2.0/2.5/3.5
There is no legpress to squat/dead comparison.
1/.51/DQ/DQ
Listen to my shit argument
Legpress is 355(for 5x5)
Assuming no deficiency anywhere would it be fair to say my legpress is comparable to a squat that is 180ish equivalent? Ignoring any potential for weak points to impact this lift.
Deadlift... Since i dont see alot of inverting when compared to squat it would reason it would be higher than squat, so probably like 230? Again ignoring any potential for weak points
I can start actually squat/deadlifting at a crunch gym that will be opening near my home
I'm new here, how many repetitions is 1/2/3/4 supposed to be for?
never estimate a 1rm with any sets > 3-5. a 10rm will never give you an accurate 1rm estimate.
0.75/1.5/ 1 / NA
My knees are shit so I don't do heavy squats.
I tried deadlifts but my back got fucked up so I stopped.
1/1.5/xx/3
all x5 reps. I don't squat cuz bad knees
>10 months into lifting (casually)
>1, 1.75, 2, 3.25
I know I'm not eating enough but money's tight
nah its always atg, thanks for the (you) tho
1/2/0/0
Back is fucked and always will be
3rd month @ 181cm 97kg:
65kg bench press
45kg overhead press
90kg squat
100kg deadlift
1/2/2.5/4
I can't improve my squat no matter what.
1.2/1.5/2.9/3.5
I started this March and I weigh 195
Looking good m8, keep going.
5th month:
52.5 kg OHP
67.5 kg Bent-over rows
72.5 kg Bench
95 kg Back squat
112.5 Deadlift
I'll get there eventually, r-r-right bros....?
>Tfw 1/1.5/3.5/3.5
Definitely. Just keep going, mate.
Your OHP is insane dude, focus a bit more on lower body as your upper body compounds are looking decent.
Did a lot of calisthenics when I was younger, so yeah, I'm upper body dominant.
Really focusing on my squat + DL above all else.
100/165/280/335 for one rep
progress on bench is so slow
Passed it. Currently looking at something like this. Hoping to hit 1,5/3/4/5 before summer, wish me luck.
0.45/1.45/1.5/2
weak as fuck, but beginner as fuck, so feels good desu.
Forgot image.
>1RM
....bro....
55% / 100% / 51% / 38%
I accidentally did them in percents.
Well meme'd.
8 months in, 1,78cm 73kg bw
Idk/90kg/90/150kg
Bench is 1RM, squat is x5 and diddly is x3
Currently at 2/3/0/0.
1/2/3/4 is for 5RM, everyone knows this.
Jow Forums has really gone down the shitter.
>mfw can't deadlift nor squats because of backpain
I thought you were supposed to be able to do these for reps...
1/2/2.5/3
0.75/1.5/1.5/2.75
My goal was by the end of the year but i don't think i'm gonna make that.
Bench, OHP probably. Only started squatting a few weeks ago so i might make that as well.
Been stuck on my DL for ages
78%/76%/67%/60%
2 plate ohp for 5 reps
3 plate bench for 4 reps
I feel like generally this would be nice, but I'm 230 lbs so just feels average
squat/dead?
0.5/1.5/2.5/2.6
>Tfw ohp was making fast progress up until I fucked up a set and slammed 100 lbs into my chest a lil too quickly
my back is fucked up, cannot do them
85x5
1pl8x5
240x5
260x5
Just hit my 1/2/3/4 today. Bench was behind a lot but finally managed to get 2 reps with 2 plates out of nowhere so feeling bretty gud.
0.75/2/1.25/2.25 for workout reps. Never tested my one rep max.
My squats are weirdly weak and I'm feeling odd doing them. Pretty much every other lift has gone up naturally, but suqte just stay hard as fuck
191 cm fatso
Back in January, I made a NYR to go on a cut and get 1/2/3/4 for reps. After my cut, I realized I wouldn't be able to make it for 5 reps like I wanted to initially. Any tips for getting my bench and dl up? I'm currently running TM except I changed things up so I can progress weekly on bench.
What the hell do I do if my bench stalls at 72.5kg (160lbs)?
1.5/2.5/5.5/5
195/255/340/365
My DL form is so bad I don't want to go heavier until I fix it.
do you have a video?
If you are super fat it might just be the additional weight you have to squat up. Also work on mobility, this helped me a lot
I'm not squatting at all because I'm a walking meme. Other than that
>OHP: 150
>Bench: 235
>Deadlift: 325
Currently really drilling my deadlift, about a month ago I was at 275 so it is cool to see it climbing.
>progress weekly
Try daily. Look into bulgarian, it isn't for everyone but if you're really focused on lift progress it can't be beat. I turned my bench up 50lbs in a month. Only reason I stopped was because I hurt my shoulder a long time ago and it started acting up again.
