no reason to go for a whole month or year, you're back at the same levels as you were before
Not doing weekly nofap for those test gains

The sad thing is that there's people who will actually fall for it
So just fap once a week after the rush is over?
yes, fap cycles if you may call it like that
Nice Google sheets graph homo
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
stupid faggots
>not wanting to increase your baseline after every cycle.
...Did you even look at the chart that you posted?
>citation is for three week abstinence
>citation has no quantitative results, let alone graphs
>n=10
The graph doesnt look legit at all but 10 subjects is more than enough for a study involving frequent blood work. What kind of unicorn land do you live in where 10 subjects is too low?
15 is standard for dealing with outliers in certain tests, and some tests make conclusions they cannot.
But usually people make do with what they have and anyone who doesn't like the results can always just brush any study off.
struggling to follow that
is pic saying that the graph will repeat over and again e.g. day 14 will also be a peak but higher than day 7?
I don't care about testosterone levels. I care about not being a slave to something that I'm continually disgusted by. I care about all the time that I've wasted over the past decade because of porn and masturbation. I care about all of the free time and happiness that I have ever since I stopped
yeah, all that wasted time that you could have spent more wisely shitposting on Jow Forums
Lol 10 subjects no controls (or even with controls) is perfect for joke work. Great to get outlier results that then can't be replicated.
Quite a lot of my time spent on Jow Forums has been because of masturbation. Whether it be as a means of edging and prolonging my masturbation sessions or as seeking ways to stop myself from masturbating and improve myself. Without masturbation, I would never have visited Jow Forums or perhaps even Jow Forums as a whole nearly as much
Is there a cheap place you can send blood to test your blood hormone levels that circumvents going to the doctor? Like I’m talking really cheap- like it lets you get 10 separate 10-50 ml blood samples tested for $100.
If I could find a good private lab I’d be willing to participate in a Jow Forums no fap study
now I know this isnt /sci/ so i dont expect you guys to be very intelligent, but %increase doesnt even reach 0. this means your test is rising at lower rates after 7 days, BUT IT IS RISING
Um look at the graph. The slope of the graph becomes negative from day 7-8 indicating that test levels are falling drastically, but then they rise again day 8-9 going down slightly into day 10. This whole time however they’re still higher than baseline, which I think is the point you’re trying to make. The slope of the graph is not always above 0, but the absolute level is always higher than baseline
>What kind of unicorn land do you live in where 10 subjects is too low?
The real world? n=10 is not even statistically strong as a single repeat.
Are you retarded?
>look at the graph
The y-axis is “percent increase” and never goes below zero! Testosterone is rising, the percent at which it rises varies, but it is rising
it would be interesting to see a graph with a wider time range though. It seems to stay falling and should hit the x axis at some point
I need a coach to help me
im on 500mg test-e anyway so i fap a few times a day
>Having an Iq so low you can't understand graphs
(X) for doubt
If it hits zero, that's fine because you're sitting flat at a higher level of testosterone.
I've read the whole study (pdf) and nowhere is OP's graph shown, the only graph and indication of testosterone was dirimg arousal.
Also OP's graph has a 150% increase on day 7, so if a person has a normal 650ng/dl testosterone before, he will on the 7th day have a testosterone level of 1625ng/dl. Almost triple the average, someone is lying here...
and why do you even think that this graph which some user pulled out of his ass is accurate and research based even?
can you tell me where can i find the whole study?
I never said I believed it, IW just said that y’all are reading it wrong
