What is /fits/ fave app for recording their diet and lifting progress?
I use this and I just eat a lot of quality food as I’m still beginner. I might be getting a little too much body fat though but I’ve heard my fitness pal is okay. My app is called strength standards
>needing apps
I lift. When it becomes easy to lift, I lift more. When lifting more is hard, I lift harder.
I use Apache Open Office's version of Excel.
I did have strong and i liked it, but for building a program I switched to Personal Training Coach. For diet I just just MyFatnessPal.
Diet Diary for food, excel for lifts
ill check them out thanks bruhs. appreciate the help
>not tracking progress
What a lazy nigger
too poor for excel, google sheets it is i guess
>lazy nigger
>spending time writing a diary like a gayer Anne Frank about how many grams you can lift isn't lazy
You workout. It doesn't fucking matter what your progress is. Gains aren't a goal, they're a way of life.
>not doing something isn't lazy
>doing something is lazy
>wasting time doing something easy when you can instead be doing something hard

Not that guy but you sound like a complete brainlet. It takes me 25 seconds to log a lift after I do a lift when I would be resting anyway.
Do people actually need apps to track their progress? I can recall the last month or so and know what I should be doing in terms of progression every day, anything before that is unnecessary to remember in great detail.
Seriously. If you spend time on Jow Forums you can log lifts you fucking mong.
>implying I'm not lifting right now
But seriously how the fuck does it take you 25 seconds to log a lift?
Do you have a printable form?
For me its:
>have to fucking open up my laptop
>remember all my lifts
>open up excel
>have to write down each one
>spend about 10 minutes doing this
I use Google Sheets on my phone desu
I use high quality Japanese notebooks and fountain pens. Call me a faggot but they're so nice to write on
>ctrl+f
>fitnotes

kys newfaggots

What're Google Sheets?
>inb4 get called a grandpa

I have an app on my phone all I do is put weight reps and boom I’m done
my fitness pal for calories because it has the biggest database.
Pen and paper for lifts.
If it really is that easy to do and convenient, mind giving me a sauce for that app?
I really am curious and open towards using them, but I've never really seen the need for logging.
Is it useful?
Excel sheets that are stored on Google Docs basically. They're saved to your gmail account and you can edit them from your phone or a computer.
That's pretty neat. So you can open them on your phone and edit them just like in Windows Excel?
this
Strong 5x5 App for lifts/routine
MyfitnessPal for calories
Yeah. I have mine set up to calculate all my lifts for the next month based on the max I put in. A little bit of a time investment but it's great long term.
