He didn't even look like he gained much muscle. All he did was cut.
It took me eight months to get into a decent look. I'm still far from jacked so yeah I think so.
How many hours do you work out?
If you are fat with muscle it's easy to "transform", you just get rid of the fat. It's the ones where someone goes from scrawny kid to hulk that are fake
Pic related you could tell he lifted before. You have to remember that these people haven't been fat their whole lives, they just got as bloated as they could before they started to cut, it's all bloat and water.
he's pushing his stomach out in the january pick
yeah just be already muscly but fat and use different lighting in before and after pics like he's done
Isn't this guy dead?
Nigger
>those consistent Fear Grimaces
jesus christ that hurts to see.
I personally know people who are in this business an I can tell you that the vast majority of them are fake meaning that it either took them longer than they claim or they roided..
I thought he got inoperable cancer?
>guy already has the muscle mass
>just goes through a weight cut that might or not have been enhanced
they might be real, but always take them with a grain of salt
>those onions fueled open mouth thumbnails
Only people who are fucking stupid believe this is an actual transformation. He had plenty of muscle mass before, he just let himself go for a while and now he cut for a few months.
It's mostly the body fat, no? On the first picture he looks like he has the muscles they are just under a lot of fat.
He already had the muscle and it was a 3 month cut. Not unrealistic at all.
Losing weight is easy. Gaining muscle is much more difficult.
this
You could try going on a real cut while lifting for 12 short weeks and find out. You'd love the results. But you're probably just a lazy Jow Forums daydreamer with zero discipline.
Captcha is cancer desu senpai
>stop eating
yes a lot of them are real but the impressive ones often happen in 2 scenarios:
1. PEDs were involved
2. the "before" is a person who used to be jacked but fell out of the wagon and the "after" is muscle memory kicking in full force (it's much easier to get back to a level of muscle development you once had than to get to it the first time)
It's way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier to get back into shape than it is to get in shape for the first time.
Define "real cut".
Clenbuterol
you cant lose this much fat and maintain muscle mass in this short of a period, you'd have to be an elite level athlete to pull this off, with professionals around you all the time
Look at his traps in the first picture. The muscle mass was already there, he just cut fat hard. Cutting fat is the easiest shit to do.
This is the case with way too many of these, they're built to misguide people who have absolutely no idea and there are a lot of them out there. This isn't your average fat guy.
Also this, look at the way his belly meets his waist
im not giving this guy a view but heres my take:
>big gut
>clearly larger than average traps
the guy just covered the foundation he built with fat and did a hard cut. he already looked like the after pic under all that fat. he didnt lose the weight and put on muscle in 4 months.
> Big traps and delts before
> Pushing stomach out
This is basically someone who was already muscular just cutting. Totally possible, but not the same as going skinnyfat -> ripped
