You need neck exercises, Ive been lifting pretty seriously for 4 years and after I got redpilled on neck I realised my neck is small as fuck compared to my body. I started out as a skelly and I guess that shit never grew because I didnt train it directly.

Swimming is the real neckpill, as you're constantly keeping your neck tense and moving it up/down or side/side depending on the stroke you're doing, plus there is far less risk of catching the train to snap city. It's also god tier cardio and really good for your joints.

Here's a question.
If I do 20kg curls and extensions, I can do 30 both. Now I did 25kg, and did 25 curls but only 17 extensions. What's going on? Adding more weight somehow makes extensions relatively more difficult than curls. It must be a change in mechanics, range of motion or something??

I have the same issue. I can do 45-50 clean rep neck curls with a 45 lb plate, but I gas out after 15-20 neck extensions with the same plate.

Well that's not really the same issue, because I can do 30 curls and 30 extensions with a 20kg plate.
It's only when I use 25kg plate that my neck extension becomes so much weaker than curl for some reason.
