Reverse curls and hammer curls.
wrist rolling for upper forearms (works for lower too if you switch to curl-rolling)
wrist curls/cupping for lower forearms
if your upper forearms are weak, and most guys lag there, i cannot emphasize enough for much wrist rolling blew them the fuck out, try it.

Im another user. Outside is beyond God tier bc of the fresh air and stuff+Being in nature+fun af but inside is also a ton of fun. You do have to find some mates to climb with, but climbers and mountain ppl in general are super chill. Just fucking do it.

Deadlifts are compound exercise. One is better off with isolation exercises for forearms.
