It's important to push yourself out of our comfort zone. However, it's also important not to bite off too much at once and burn yourself out. Discipline is also like a muscle that needs to be trained, and if you haven't trained it enough, it can be tough to stick to something very rigorous. I have no idea who you are or how you live your life, so I don't know if the things you have listed are pushing yourself very hard or not. Only you can decide for yourself. It's not hard if you know you have the discipline. But if you know you're not discipline oriented you should start off with the easiest task. The positive feedback loop will take over and help you overcome all the other bad habits.

For myself if I were after the same goals, I'd either focus completely on one at a time, or else I'd scale back all three over time very gradually.

So like if you beat it twice a day, do once a day for a week or so, then 2 days on, one off, and keep scaling back until you reach a point you're satisfied with, like once every 3-7 days, or until you've stopped completely if ur going full nofap which I wouldn't do lol but u do u bro.

And for caffeine...how do you consume it? You can gradually scale back your amount of pre-workout, and once you run out maybe make your own (would also be hella cheaper) with less or no caffeine.

If you drink a lot of coffee, say you drink five cups a day, you could drink 3 cups caffeinated, 2 decaf, then slowly invert the ratio; 3 decaf/2 caff -> 4 decaf/1 caff.

This way your body adapts to all the changes and you're far less likely to lapse. Also, you're gradually strengthening the neural bonds forming during the shifting of your habits rather than trying to fully override the system.

as for nicotine, managed to quit cold turkey with chewing nicorette gum for a week. haven't touched cigarettes in 6+months. I started vaping though, 5 months after I quit cigarettes.

Ie smoking is obviously the worst so i quit that and to placate myself i still jerk off sometimes WITHOUT porn and let myself drink as much caffeine as i want.
