- Exercise everyday, either gym or sprinting/running and make sure to NOT sit down for hours in a row. Stand up and move your body as it was meant to.
- Eat healthy and do NOT consume drugs, steroids etc. When it comes to alcohol be sure to not drink everyday or even every week. Too much beer makes you fat and too much booze makes you stupid. Drink responsibly.
- Spend time with family and friends. Life is about relations and protecting them is important.
- Learn something new every now and then. When you read a book/novel/article you attain new knowledge which is great for your mind. Train your mind!
- Build a family when you have a good ground to build from. It can be a great career/job, a helping hand or it can be an adventure. Just be sure to not put innocents in harms way. Take risks but do not endanger your family UNLESS neccesary. Then you should inform them so they can help you with your troubles.
- Be victorious in every aspect of life. Win that championship, get the best grade and meet that beautiful girl you have dreamt of. Ask her out and build from there - a family, a life and a glorious victory.

I had a house, car, and gf at 19 all while in college. In new york city too. I was grinding away 100 hours a week to make it happen and it was ezpz.

But idk why it was so frustrating that its what everyone expected of me and they pushed me for more. Everyone around me was so selfish and it was hard for me to grasp. My business was great because i am so selfless. I decided to just drop everything and move back home to NEET it up. Its been 5 years now where ive been just eat sleeping gaming and gyming. I even stopped dating because i just had no fun with girls. Stopped going out cause i couldnt enjoy my time with friends.

I decided my breaks done and attempted to hop back into my old career but people have actually been judging me harshly now that i am a bit older. They have been judging me about my non-normie preferences too. Its been pretty rough even meeting new people. People just dont want anything to do with a 26yr old boomer but when i did the same shit in my teens i was cool af.

I am still jobless after a year of applications and i have a B.S now too. Even masters programs give me a harder time now that im older.

So i guess my advice is dont take that break if that urge hits you.
