I think me and you (my stats 6ft 210lbs pic realted) could take 1 gorilla. I train Jiu Jitsu (see my neck size) and we could just distract the gorilla with one person while me or you strike the gorilla from behind and choke it out. Just get a rear naked choke out and no one can escape.
I think your only chance would be a flying kick in his face that knocks him out. I can Imagine it working because a gorrila probably has never seen someone doing that so you have the element of surprise
Other than that gorrila rip apart trees. They've been seen throwinh around 500lbs plates with one arm. Also they bite.

Beyond bodyweight is the bone thickness and tendon thickness of these behomaths.
Strength also has to do with strength at finger tips. These guys are literally strong enough to pull the flesh off your bones as easily as you can pull the flesh off a cooked rotisserie chicken. Pulling your limbs out of your sockets would be a comparable effort as well. Ohhh AND they bite and have the jaw force to go right through bone. They attack genitals too - good luck.

This is retarded. If you had 1000 tries you might win once. but gorillas have much greater pound for pound strenght, and are thus more quickly. If it grabs you, which would be easy for it since they're so much more fast and their grips strength is so much more immense, it could pull you in and almost instantaneously tear your head off. There's no guarantee that the one punch you might get an opportunity to throw would even knock it out. Obviously the muscles in their heads and necks are far stronger and, structurally, their skulls are designed to be far more robust and take more of a beating. If you dont KO it straight away, a scenario where the odds are already against you, you die.

The only way you could kill it without a ranged weapon (and that would need to be like a sniper rifle, you could put 20 pistol rounds in its skull before you managed to do any more than irritate it) would genuinely be to use le epic katana and get a lucky first strike in and try to avoid it for the two minutes of hyper rage before it bleeds out
