Its coming up to 7 years lifting this January. Christ where has the time gone. Went from a skelly that wanted to get girls to a family man wanting to be active.

Deadlift is 160/170kg for ten reps, perfect form. BOR is 120kg, ten reps. Never done a 1rm, just worried about injuries. Probably my own fault for watching injury vids on youtube.

What else can I do for back width and thickness? I currently do lat pulldowns, weighted pullups, all other pullup variations, rows, squats, DLs and rack oulls above the knee.

Just get stronger at those lifts...You're actually doing too much shit.

Honestly, with back the exercise selection is pretty set in stone (what you've described). There are some slight variations when it comes to rows and vertical pulling, but for the most part what you've listed is your best exercise selection.
The real trick is getting actual back activation with those exercises. Like arms, back only grows when the muscles are firing properly (except in the case of rack pulls where the load and stretch is the growth stimulus).
I like to do some pre-exhaust movements like rope pulldowns (or "sweeps") for high reps at the beginning of my workout to get everything firing properly. Sometimes I'll do some non negotiable face pulls at the beginning of my back day too to just warm the whole thing up. Then when I move into my working weight, I make sure I can really feel the contractions on every rep. If I can't, I lower the weight until I can.
You'll be amazed at how much development you can get out of weights that don't seem very heavy.

If you are 220lbs, you're probably too fat, but you don't want to cut because you will loose leverage in your compound lifts. Get on a cut, and to avoid getting depressed about your bench going down, implement more calisthenics movements (you will get stronger there).
