Cholesterol only makes up about 20% of the clog. The majority of it is calcium plaque. Plus there is a difference between blood cholesterol and dietary cholesterol. Your body will not ingest the majority of that dietary cholesterol if you have enough.

I use to eat around 15-20 eggs a day back when I could get them for 65 cents a dozen at aldis for months.

The majority of your serum cholesterol is produced in the liver and doesn't come from your food, your body usually just dumps the excess. Some people get unlucky and have a fault in the biochemical mechanism that dumps cholesterol, so the cholesterol they eat accumulates *on top* of what their body is producing.

So if you have one of these problems and you're being advised to regulate your cholesterol intake, you probably shouldn't have eggs too often.
