You wont get bored sprinting. Try it for a few months, get your bloods done, confirm that running 10ks a day was a waste of time for skinny homos.. enjoy

getting colder, rains often and soon there will be snow or ice on the sidewalks

i run for less than 30 minutes. maybe i just get more exhausted than bored

so what, just put on more clothes, running in cold weather is way better than running during summer imo

This. The treadmill is the problem. I hated cardio until I stepped outside and now I run 100k a week. I combine running outside with podcasts for the best experience

I run to 80's music like the rocky movies, top gun etc

I bike for 30 minutes while listening to some shitty song that motivates me on repeat.

Zombies run app seems to be made for you there a story but it's only told a few minutes at at a time and then it goes back to your Music also the story always gives you a reason to run (all the characters talk directly to you so your basically doing missions while running)

no it's worse, it's just metal plastic and completely flat, if you run outside try to run on gravel/grass or something

Switch to hiit style burpees, alternating knee touches, jumping jacks, jump rope, throw in some pullups or chinups
Can get my heartrate into the 180 range pretty quickly and keep it there. I dont even have time to get bored. I used to hate cardio but now it like the light of my morning

Getting cold is when you need to jog. Puts the body under stress to build resistance.

You should consider swimming. Swimming is an excellent form of cardio.

It gives you a chance to put away your electronic gadgets and disconnect from the world. In our modern age, it gives you pretty much the only opportunity to be alone with your thoughts. You can make it a meditative experience.

I find i need a specific kind of music to stay distracted running. Repetitive music like edm or hip hop works for weight training but i need real technical metal with lots of solos for cardio. I find myself waiting fof the solos and marking time with them. And it taked a lot more mental attention to listen to intricate music than just some basic song you know well. That works for me at least.
