Pretty great. Finally hit a bench PR after stalling for a few months. Moved grip in 2 weeks ago, so that's probably why. Estimated max is 133kg now, might actually hit 3pl8 by the end of the year, which is a goal I set back in January.
Also took my mate that plays football (soccer) through my regular upper body workout today, so that was pretty fun. He struggled with the tricep stuff since he barely trains upper body.
Evens I go outside and do a nice rest day hike
