not gonna make it
make sure your taking either 5k or 10k iu of vit d3
vitamin c is good for protecting the body from harm. don't supplement it around workouts though
also if your interested in life lengthening then get Astragalus extract and trans resveratrol
I also take 25k IU of carotenoids for da dere tan and not sure what health benefits it has
k2 mk7 is also supposed to be guud. forgot why though
Not essential but this is what I bought
FPBP.
Supplements are a Linus Pauling meme. Super concentrated vitamins cause cancer and have zero benefits. It’s better to eat right.
Clarification: I’m talking about vitamins and minerals.
Supps that are basically macro foods are fine. Like whey and fish oil.
Creatine is worthwhile. Caffeine as a preworkout also
5HTP cured my depression.
Not even slightly memeing.
It's like night and fucking day.
I personally take
>D3, 10,000 iu
>Zinc
>Magnesium
>Creatine
>Fish oil
I don't really think anything else is necessary, maybe some of those sups from the "big loads" infographic (L-Arginine and stuff)
Multi, D3, Super Greens, Fish Oil
R8 my stack

Can someone recommend something that might help with acne. It's not bad enough for acutane but not enough to ignore it. I'm kinda desperate fellas
Just take accutane and get it over with
Have you tried Adapelene? It's a topical retinoid. Heard it works pretty well
>>antihistamine
they are supposedly correlated with long term damage to something like parkinsons or alzheimers. forget which one. only use them when you need them
zinc and 5 or 10k IU vitamin d3
Yea I’ve heard that too. Oh well i guess
I’ll stop soon. Need to find another way to fall asleep tho
have you tried melatonin? or a bedtime tea?
sadly there isn't many healthy options when it comes to getting sleeping/staying asleep
Shitload of fish oil + Vitamin A
OP you get more than enough of all of those from sucking dick
This

CREATINE
LISTEN
IF YOU ARE READING THIS AND YOU HAVE NEVER SUPPLEMENTED CREATINE POWDER 5G/DAY YOU ARE *MISSING OUT*
I started taking creatine 5g a day and within a month I felt better, my lifts SHOT UP like I was on steroids. Im talking about very easy PR's, more reps, more weight, without changing anything else in diet/sleep except for added 5g of creatine daily
It costs $20 for almost a year's worth of powder, do it fren
why does everybody supplement vitamin D? Just eat more fat fish you cunts
Makes u bald breh
the Joe Rogan special
Lions mane is kinda like a stimulant. Helps you remember shit and maybe prevent Alzheimer’s who knows . I take it though
i don't want to speed up my hairloss tho
no change in hair almost 1 year use so far
but i'm already balding, are you?
you know the drill
>just shave it bro, women love that shit
You're probably already NW2 so didn't need creatine to get you there.
the keto joe rogan stack
daily: vit D, fish oil
Sometimes: multivit and mangnesium
morning:
> vit D3 5 k IU
> omega 3 capsule
> 200 mg caffeine every 3rd day
> 500 mg vit C + 500 mg of Creatine
afternoon:
> multivit after food
> 500 mg vit C + 500 mg of Creatine
> calcium 400 mg , magnesium 200 mg after food
evening:
> zinc 25 mg
> 500 mg vit C + 500 mg of Creatine
rinse and repeat , don't consume any metals or minerals though except for food
Thinking of adding magnesium to my daily stack, how much should I take bros?
Right now I'm taking zinc, creatine, D3 and fish oil.
Microdising every day. Do you even have a fucking clue? Every third day, anything sooner and you're retarded
Multivitamin for 60-100% percent RDA on like 30 vitamins and minerals. On top of this i take vit D (bringing me to 400% RDA which is still low af apparantly), calcium (brings me up to 1200mg), magnesium (150%) and zinc (150%).
Should i be supping more? I feel like i should megadose my last 4 more but not sure on health effects etc.
Based and redPILLED
Microdosing Psilocybin is god tier
Protein
Pre workout
Amino's
Test
Tren
Everything else is just a meme
post body
this is me no supps for 4 months lifting
Don't touch it.
Alcohol free witch hazel.
Get a salicylic scrub and a wash/creme.
I just started using a retinol cream during the day as well.
Cut nicotine and sugar.
Nascent Iodine is shit because it is very weak. It also contains no Iodid.
Microcosing on psilocybin is a sure way to fuck up your digestion. It will interact with the serotonin receptors in your gut and confuse them.
>essential
>supplements
jej. Board of brainlets.
Depends on the type of magnesium as every type has a different bioavailability. RDA is like 400mg and most magnesium types have a bioavailabitiy of ca. 50%, so 800mg atleast. Especially if you take D3 as it needs magnesium for futher metabolism or else will drain it from your body. And don't take magnesiumoxide it's cheap but has shit absorption.
What worked for me:
1. Figuere out your skin type
2. Buy cleanser and moisturizer bas on your skin type
3. Buy tea-tree oil to treat active spots
4. Use them 2x times a day - morning and evening
I had pretty nasty acne and i fixed it with this simple routine in ~4 months. Now i just need something for light scars.
Have you tried weed?
What is actually in creatine?
I understand it’s just a pre workout. But is been memed into a myth for me. **also I want to be natty still**
>essential
>supplements
An oxymoron.
You can get enough vitamin D by leaving your basement for 15 minutes and standing out under the fucking sun. Chicken breasts, oats, and red meat are filled with zinc; and you are already a gay nigger if you don't eat these anyway. The only one even worth considering is magnesium, and you can get it from whole grains, spinach, avocados.
I don't beleive it's a preworkout, you can take it anytime during the day (I take it before bed), but you take it consistanely everyday, and at around about 3 weeks the effects are noticeable.
Creatine helps with ATP energy production (anaerobic) which then gives your muscles more energy, power, recovery.
Creatine is natty. Creatine is far from a meme, it's the only supplement I know so far that most people recommend to take and it not being a meme. It costs like 20$ for a year's supply on online shops
>minoxidil
>serona
>biotin
>b complex
>fish oil
>NAC
>ginkgo
Get on my level you bald cunts
Krill Oil
Your muscles have different types of energy sources. It goes like: ATP>Creatine>Glucose>Glykogen>Fats. The ones that are preferred by the muscles (ATP and Creatine) provide energy very fast but run out quick.
So if you supplement creatine you will increase your creatine storage and thus have more energy. This means you will be able to do a few more reps than usual and that's all it does.
>D3, 10,000 iu
It's so fucking good. But it accelerates hairloss and looking at my family history it's playing with fire for me. I've taken it twice for prolonged periods and both times led to shedding and recession. If you aren't prone to MPB it's the closest thing to roids.
Where did you get that peanutbutter for such a low price?
Nvmd found it, bulkpowders.de if anyone is interested.
>don't consume any metals or minerals though except for food
>zinc 25mg
>magnesium 200mg
?
Supplements are a big issue, because a lot of things necessary to absorb them come from food itself, or from bacteria that needs that food.
Personally i take these things:
EPA from fish oil (0.8g per day).
Sulforaphane from broccoli sprouts that i germinate myself (about 150 grams broccoli sprouts a day).
nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (150mg a day), from pills.
creatine monohydrate, about 8 grams every 2 days.
What has worked best for people with meme issues such as anxiety and depression?
Ashwaghanda maybe helped a little. I'm not sure if I should restock on that or try something else.
Heard good things about rhodiola and 5htp, anybody got advice?
>You can get enough vitamin D by leaving your basement for 15 minutes and standing out under the fucking sun.
in my city you can't get vit d from the sun 2/3rds of the year
even more southbound cities probably still have like ½
I'm going to order l theanine soon, I heard it's good and safe
Fasting. All of that is stored in your fat already and fasting will help you use it.
>creatine monohydrate, about 8 grams every 2 days.
Why not 5 a day like most people do? Convenience or some secret nutritional advantage?
NAC, serona.
Details, please?
Bullshit. You still get exposure, just at reduced absorption rates
All you need is a healthy and varied diet. Investigate.
accutane is the only thing I've seen work, even on milder acne.
ellaborate why this isnt snake oil
Should I take collagen for my joints?
No.
Refer
Eat jello
Sip stock
My derm put me on accutane on a very low dosage (10 mg). Worked wonders for my mild acne.
Shut the fuck up, you sparky pretentious faggot.
Supplementing or stacking micronutrients is perfectly acceptable.
Piss off with your holier-than-thou diet sourced only bs.
Why are you trying to bring people down?
Yes
It's easier
>Possible side effect
Crohn's disease.
central nervous system injuries.
skeletal damage.
liver damage.
cardiovascular injuries.
bone and muscle loss.
ulcerative colitis.
pancreatitis.
Almost certain birth defects.
>Think I'll pass, famalam.
you should reconsider taking them, they can cause heart damage
Is chicken, broccoli, rice, eggs and sometimes sardines instead chicken varied?
>regular vitamins and shit
>magnesium 500mg nights only
>fish oil
>choline
>zinc
>sunflower lecithin
>ksm66 ashwagandha
>bacopa
>iodine
>5htp and gaba
>creatine
>amino acids meme
>ginkgo and panax
Citrulline and caffeine for pre workout.
Youre supposed to take zinc and magnesium at different times of the day since your body absorbs one over the other.
Lots of people taking ridiculous shit and wasting money. This is all you need, save your money for actually important things like houses and gyms.
1A rating:
- Creatine 5g
- Zinc 25-30mg
- Magnesium 200-400mg
- Vitamin d 1,000-2,000 units
Maybe rating:
- DHEA 12.5-50mg
- Fish Oil 1-2grams
Idk about "essential", but creatine and whey/casein are worth the money for most people.
>need
there's that word again
nobody itt has mentioned psyllium husk yet, so allow me. it's good shit (unflavored from now foods, the sweeteners in metamucil fuck me right up) and makes your shits good.
creatine is cheap, probably works, no side effects.
hydrolyzed collagen seems to help me with some aches and pains, and also to help my sleep, though I guess you could get the same effect from eating a lot of brisket, pho with tendon, etc.
taurine seems to help with muscle cramps (if that's a problem for you) and sleeping.
Redpilled me on bacopa (water hyssop) please.
B12
>Suggests taking fibre supplements instead of just eating vegetables
Imagine being this inept
Used to have pretty rough acne. Turns out I was lactose intolerant, the second I cut out dairy my acne cleared up
>ctrl+f borax
>0 results
no supplement will have such a big impact unless you are very deficient already. Fixed all my joint issues in 1 week and my sleep is soooooo much better.
good luck with your six-artichokes-a-day goals
(vegetables are great, but fiber content surprisingly low!)
