this somr sort of reddit twink guide? nigga thats 1 meal

Are you trolling or retarded? You think 7 lbs of food for 5k calories = 1 meal?

made an excel sheet to track what my daily calories look like. i'll usually have 2-3 things I make or prepare in the week, then fill the rest with simple things like oats, berries, protein shakes, veggies, etc. happy to share recipes and protips.

looks disgusting. you basically threw all of your ingredients into a pot, cooked it and threw it in a tub,

No. Looks like some kind of deep dish pizza pie with sausage

Like all cooking, it's as easy or complicated as you want it to be.

1. Work out your daily calories/macros.
2. Work out what meals/snacks you want to eat/drink in a day to hit the macros.
3. Make all those meals/snacks, except do it for every day you want to prep for.

Since you can't figure out how to make one meal 7 times for yourself, I'll run you through mine. I prep for weekdays on Sunday, and cook fresh on weekends.

I eat 60/565/300 f/c/p, 4000 calories total (cutting atm). I eat:
Ciabatta roll with 100g chicken breast
150g rolled oats with 30g honey
300g frozen veg, 100g white rice, 250g chicken breast
100g frozen veg, 200g white rice, 300g chicken breast, 30g almonds
400ml apple juice
250g chicken breast, 200g banana, 50g spinach, 200g frozen berries, 110g rolled oats

Buy everything Friday night, cook fresh for weekends, mass prep Sunday. It's a bland diet, but easy to make and easy to stick to.

Also, multi, fish oil, magnesium, zinc, glucosamine, d3, C and calcium supps.

Bro
That's barely more than a day of food for me, and the macro spread is terrible.

3000 calories a day. 120-150g of protein. Don't count carbs or fat.

So you’re saying you eat a little over a day’s worth of food for one meal?

>4000 calories
>cutting
hope I can go on a 4000 calorie cut like you one day. t. 170lb dyel

After two years of lifting, I've become more lax on my diet. Abs aren't important to me as big chest, shoulders, arms, traps. So hell yeah,, my dude, I would totally chow down on some of that 'za.

Fuck you
Greek yogurt is what I like, 15g of protein nine times a day

I just fry up/bake some chicken thighs and breasts with various vegetables, throw a pack of bacon on the griddle and then shred a 32oz block of sharp cheddar. Throughout the week I just throw handfuls of those from their containers into a tub of baby kale and spring mix and call it a cob

forgot to add that I boil 18 eggs for the cobs

2400 cutting

That's going to be fucking disgusting, burnt bacon and onions, soggy vegetables.

lmfao the meal prepeprs in this thread dont know how to use spices this is ridiculous

Someone can't cook

>Packaged spices
>Corn
WTF
Also, who ever has "leftover" bacon?

1.16 - 1 Protein to Carb ratio (and that's being generous with assumption to soluble vs insoluble fiber)
>Hell No

this. steak and veggies every day for lunch, that's all I need

>all those beans and corn

get tae fuck out

Yes I didn’t make the pic. Probably some European.
All spices are packaged....
What’s wrong with corn?

>trying to fit 3500 cals in one sitting
The fuck is you retarded?
>2 cups egg white
>1 cup dry oatmeal
>1 pb&j
>1 ham and cheese
>2 packs of those flavored tuna things (no oil)
>3 scoops whey
>1 big "healthy" dinner with a lot of meat and a salad prepped daily
Everything else can be mass prepped
