Sit down and think about positive social events or groups you want to join. Think about what activities interest you and build social circles up around that so for example >BJJ classes >Rockclimbing classes >cycling group or anything that piques your interest, give it a try. It could be less physical and more hobby related like >photography group >fighting game group etc
What matters is you find a good social circle that you enjoy, where you will then meet like minded individuals to befriend and from their you can make plans.
It requires effort, you might find out you don't like hobbies you thought you might and it could take multiple tries.

It's a girl, potentially malnourished, tarted up in some pretty clothes and trinkets that probably aren't even hers, sat on a mattress, alone, in a room. After this she may well have gone to sit in another room (alone) or went home to spend the rest of the night (alone) checking her social accounts, anxiously tracking the number of followers she has.
I guarantee that with your next weekend and a little bit of money/some borrowed items you could stage a highlight reel as convincing as any of these you're seeing

I seriously hope you don't believe normies, especially instathots, actually do things for enjoyment like that. From what I've seen they go places for the sole purpose of posting it online. They don't even enjoy it while they are there. it's all manufactured for their weird lust for posting shit online. doesn't make much sense when actually going to the same place, but instead of taking some cell phone pictures and leaving, spending time and having a good time , would be more enjoyable.
I could give you some general advice, like find some small thing you like and that will get you outside, but then that could be anything. Also I'd feel strange as a kid giving a grown man advice. (I'm not underage but I'm really still a kid)
But if I could give some specific advice, I'd say to take up photography. it's a bit expensive, but it's not too bad. if you have a job it'll be fine. I bought a film SLR off craigslist, $25. Film costs me $20 or less for 4 rolls of 24 exposures each. you get fucked on processing, though, it can cost like $11 per roll.
But I still really like it. I'm glad I got into film photography because I take my time with pictures as opposed to people with $1000 DSLRs who literally take thousands of shots in an outing then hunt through to find good ones. I like the way film forces me to think about my shots, and I feel good taking pictures. It also gives me a reason to just go outside somehwere and go for a walk. I may take a few pictures on these walks.
In addition to this the photography actually gave me a reason to talk to people about it, and I made some new friends this way. A year ago I actually asked some of the people I'd talked about photography with to go on a group outing, and it turned out great. A couple girls were in the group, like 4 guys and 3 girls and we ended up friends and every time we went out for a photography outing it was also just a fun event, we'd go and eat afterwards or just chat somewhere in the hills or go hiking.

I once felt like you, OP. So I made a humongous "Hobbies List" where I could compile all the hobbies in existence and choose what interested me the most using a "Swiss rules" style. Eventually around 10 winners were chosen, including some branches of interest. I know I can't do everything. Life is just too short, but I found out that focusing in three objectives at a time is the must efficient way. Warning: having a girlfriend will occupy one of those three spaces.
First sheet has all the hobbies listed. Number to the left is just a random number generator to arrange the hobbies randomly and make the choosing "fairer". I know it looks full autismo but it helped me define what really interests me and not care what other people think.

This. I've been to nightclubs and parties where everyone spends the whole night on their phones trying to get nice pictures/stories. You only see them talking to each other and smiling when they're about to take another picture or story and as soon as it ends everyone goes back their phone. Socializing is the least they do.
