eat raw meat

Buy Iodine supplement

Sell your smartphone

just stop

Regular sleep pattern, more water BUDDEH, ditch weed, cure depression, drink orange juice

do you have it every day or something? I get it sometimes and I just call the day fucked. I relax that day and just get back to studying the next day

Everything mentioned here is probably good to some degree

Try adding in monotasking, get regular cardio, meditate

This

Weed is the only way i feel empathy

meditation

This. If it doesn't work, see a doctor. If medical methods are not working, get referred to a psychologist.

For the most part, the gluten bullshit has been shown to be that: bullshit.

this doesnt apply to celiac people though obviously

>For the most part
It's real, but the whole gluten craze has been false. The instance of people who have a reaction to gluten is at 1% of the population. Far lower than people who clsim to have it or fell for the gluten bullshit.

I started doing power naps and whenever I do it makes me ridiculously alert for quite a while. I had problems being drowsy and spacing out, but whenever I take a power nap I wake up feeling like I drank 3 cups of coffee without the negative effects while also feeling somewhat rested.

Here's what I do:
Set phone timer for 15 minutes
Lie down in bed and close eyes
Don't worry if you don't fall completely asleep. You're not really supposed to anyway.

And that's all

Stop smoking pot and staring at screens past midnight. Get your 8 hours.

yeah i dont quite understand what's going on with all the various diet crazes

i do have a theory- people's gut microbes vary a lot, and so scientific testing of groups of people fail to find these effects. Like you have stuff like Peterson and his daughter eating literally just beef and salt, what is that, is that just mental illness?

idk, i think it's a lot more complicated than we know presently

>idk, i think it's a lot more complicated than we know presently
nah, we know it's super complicated
like this is just my personal conjecture, but I can bet that a single cell in your body is more complex than your computer
check out every vitamin supplement under the sun and see if deficiencies have anything to do with brain fog
also obviously get good sleep, personally I'm a bit spaced out but I no matter what can't get good sleep so I probably have some vitamin deficiency, I'm taking O3, D3 and multivitamin right now and maybe that will help with my sleep patterns in a month or two

1. Healthy sleep
2. Make sure you are not over training your body (This was the case for me)

God I fucking hated the >gluten trend. I'd been dealing with that shit since a kid and suddenly every trendy stupid bitch was on this like it cured cancer. It's bullshit unless you've got shitty celiac genetics

no drugs(including alcohol and tobacco and weed) only small amount of sugar, a lot of broccoli, low amount of carbs, less tv/pc, no porn, lifting every second day

read the ultramind solution by dr hyman
try this and if it still does not work see a doctor

you are very special, if it works for people why are you getting asshurt over it?
even if the placebo works.
noone owes you anything

I stopped consuming caffeine and started getting up at 5:30 and it went away. Can't say if that's why but that's the only change of significance in my routine. Getting up early is likely interchangeable with having a regular sleep pattern for the purposes of making your brain work as advertised though

Monotasking is great advice, not something I ever would've come up with but I can confirm this helps keep your mind focused

I got a friend with celiac and she says she's glad for all the retarded chicks saying they're gluten free because it means more and cheaper gluten free options. From my own reading it sounds like "gluten-free" stuff not actually being gluten free is a serious problem though

Ketogenic diet. (Not for a prolonged time, just enough to exercise your metabolism every now and then so a few days up to a week or so.)
More vitamin D3.
This worked for me, but other people ITT also has valid suggestions to try out.

After reading a lot more science than quoted article, I think some people (non-celiac) may have a harder time to digest gluten, making it wise to restrict it. I don't have any such troubles myself though, but I'm not everyone.

Another thing I've learnt is that everything with billions of dollars invested (or as the article says "Gluten is a big industry") is bound to have people who promise either endorsement or careers if they can come up with "a new perspective on old old truths". The source being www.businessinsider.com.au aimed at normies, not health professionals, is another hint.

How can you tell you've got it?

If you can't tell you have it, then you have it.

Shit

Bump

Nice costume lil guy

All hope is lost. Enjoy your early onset dementia.

>Ditch weed
Nah famalam, switch to saliva dominant breeds.

gimme a cliffnotes or general idea of the solution(s) proposed.

>What is this, a book for ants?
Stance on caffiene and nootropics?

iam right now now at home so i would have looked it up for you in the book, but he gave a free pdf away on his website
10daydetoxcookbook.com/bonus/10DDStarterKit.pdf

he says he is not against caffeine in general, but in certain circumstances that are not related to brainfog you should not take it

(caffeine is ofc not your starbucks weirdass coffee, but just caffeine)

Take a break from weed (only a week or so) read something stimulating and go spend some time in the mountains or by the ocean, also cut down on screen time. I'll get some brain fog now and then and those things tend to do the trick for me

I’ve never even done weed -op

6/10 bait user, nice try

Not sufficient, need to stop altogether. 2 months and brain-fog should be gone for good.
>you thought there was an easy way?

Well the other two things still apply. Also be sure to drink lots of water

This plus doing cardio and making sure to eat my veggies and fruits made my condition much better.

>not having a dealer who spits and drools on your weed before selling it to you
this guy gets it

verbalisation, internal. dont have a source atm, but there was a thread in Jow Forums about that a while back, featured some asian guy that described how starting with that turned his mind inside out like a sock.
basically try to narrate your life in your own voice in your imagination and see what comes of it.
also regarding any tips like eat/drink/take xy:
the whole point of being Jow Forums is not chasing any secrets in the direction of "doctors hate this foodstuff" ads. its literally doing somethung proven to work and not chickening out because its tiresome in the beginning.

no fap

Re: Sleep

No food 2 hours before bed (you can drink)
Limited, blue-blocked light after 8pm (for an average bedtime)
Get checked for sleep apnea (do throat exercises to reduce risk of airway collapse at night)
Buy a better mattress/sheets/pillow (in reverse order of cost)
Learn how to relax and fall asleep (breathing exercises and mindfulness)

Do at least 3/5.

>weed
enjoy lowering your testosterone

Drink more water, eat less or stop eating junk food, exercise regularly, stop watching porn, get good nights sleep and spend less time sitting. And also study something.

Holy shit, are you me? I get drowsy all the time and one day I decided not to fight it and just leaned back in my chair and closed my eyes for a bit. Ended up jolting back awake with my head cleared up. 15 minutes is what it takes for me too, the only problem is trying to explain to my coworkers that I'm not sleeping on the job and actually getting a good uninterrupted power nap.

Unironically the only thing that helped was to stop watching porn. That shit put me in such a fog, I didn't realize I was in it til I got out. I think clearer, and I'm much wittier and funnier with girls leading to more actual sex

Look at the ingredients of Doritos, cereal, candy. It's fucking poison. Maltodextrin is in everything. MALTODEXTRIN IS A FUCKING NEUROTOXIN. And just stop eating so much sugar.

Why orange juice lmao

Bum
