This is bullshit, if the digestive acid wouldn't make his job because you drink water, you shouldn't be able to digest, absorb and kill the bacteria of the food you just ingest with water.

The so called rule I'm talking about is where some nutritionist will say that a person should drink half of their body weight in ounces to stay properly hydrated. 64 ounces would apply to someone who weighs 128 pounds. So a woman, or really small man. My problem is someone heavier like myself. 125 ounces is roughly eight 16 ounce bottles. That's a lot of fucking liquid, let alone water to drink for a normal day. I get by on like 30-40 ounces a day and that makes my piss clear.
