My dieting is pretty inconsistent, I have never tracked calories or macros (I have never cut fat, permabulk life). I try to eat intuitively. I estimate that I get maybe 3000 calories and 200 grams of protein? But that’s rough enough

I like to keep bulking simple: eat 200+ grams of protein and have a large breakfast and an early large dinner, with usually a small lunch in between. Then before I go to bed I will eat something with a lot of calories (4 fried eggs and 4 slices of toast / a large bowl of muesli) and a 2 scoop protein shake with milk. I probably eat clean 75% of the time.

I think in terms of diet and nutrition I’m pretty clueless, I just feel it out and find what works for me.

You either have massive legs or you are not 70kg, or you are taller then 5'10. Your bf is probably 16-17%. I have way more definition but I am 65kg at 510

repeat this routine twice a week if I'm focused

the dumbbells are about 18lb each
I need to get serious about strength training and lift bigger weights I guess. Should I add extra back+chest exercises when I go to the gym and have an 'arm day' or just focus on compounds and try not to worry about arms much?

cheers mate, 95 is good to aim for. I do lots of accessory, but my compounds i still do in a SL schedule. I go 5 times a weekand dedicate tues and thurs to purely accessory

Well given winter is around the corner, bulking makes sense. I'm trying to lean bulk but I'm not making any progress desu. Cutting at around 150 pounds probably isn't a good idea because their isn't a lot to cut to.
