Your torso angle looks horizontal right after the pull because you aren't pulling the slack out of the bar, so your chest doesn't rise with your hips

You just have to be comfortable and patient in the starting position so you can drive the bar off the ground instead of yanking it

If you really would read the reactive training manual, wich propably nobody does, you will notice that he also suggest you just pick your rep ranges randomnly. Its pretty nice, for people like me who love to program hop. Ever since I did that I made progress, but it kept me fresh.

I did and he meant it also for emerging strategies, you just do 1@8 and than pick rep range you want to use like 5x5 -20% but when it stalls you can change to 3x8 -28% or 3x3 -15% followed by 2x10% -32% or whatever the fuck you want, just do pivot and continue + after pivot change your accesories aka variations
