Unfortunately my chest refuses to grow
I've tried flat/incline BB and BB bench, DB flies, cable flies at alternating heights, decline oushups, bodyweight dips, weighted dips, etc.
It's like i was destined to not have a big chest, I've seen lanklets who don't lift and have a nicer looking chest. Luckily for me I can grow chest hair to cover up the failure
On the other hand, my traps, shoulders and forearms grow practically by themselves

Increase volume, work chest till it’s sore. Pushing more weight helps, but volume is king.
