How to get rid of the fucking fat around the belly button? Im sick and tired of having a fatso 6pack i want a real one.

Current diet:
2600kcal - 200g protein @ 90Kg

Can i go lower? Up the protein? I dunno.

Don't listen to those dyels your definition isn't great and you don't have that much of muscle mass to lose so eat at maintaince or a little below and train with high intensity, lose some fat until you can clearly see your abs and then slowly up the calories.

6’0 Started at a chubby 217 lbs, cut to 155 and now I’m back at 163. Still eating under 2000c but I’ve been getting 150g of protein a day and that seems to be working for me
