Did 325 on deadlift, not bad considering I've only been doing it for a month now.

I was killing my bench, I hit PRs like no one's business. Went from like 185 to 240 in 4 weeks, but I fucked my shoulder in the process and haven't done anything upper body in a week now.

I hit 225 bench for the first time in my life, it has been lifting since highschool and it was always my goal... just weak mental I suppose
