It is because the website gets results in any of the boards, but we are infamous for the negative things we do (Jow Forums Jow Forums etc). People can't believe that there is a board that condones healthy eating, and physical fitness, and can prove that it works through results. Normies don't understand. I am not even Jow Forums, but I respect the good PR that we as a site get from your activities. I do power eat however, I work construction and am just built on a small frame....my day is 5-7 hours of basic cardio....lots of continual metered movements.
