Yeah, stuff your face full of nuts, peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, etc. mix it all together
They're calorie heavy and have healthy shit
Sometimes a cup of nuts in the afternoon is enough to push you over maintenance
Also drinking your calories are good to since they're easy to go down. Try milk, milkshakes, vitamins. Don't fall for cheap soda calories. The sugar will fuck you up

Eat typical foods rich in protein, if you don't like it add seasonings.
For example, in my daily diet from morning to night i eat milk, oats, dried fruits, meat, black beans, tuna, Greek yogurt and eggs.
Remember to measure your portions and don't overdo it, as some of these foods are rich in fat.

problem with me is oats rain out my anus within 2 hours.... no absorption.... afraid of tuna because of mercury tales, don't eat dried fruit because of fructose concerns.......
diet is basically ground turkey, white rice, kidney beans, picante sauce, Zeke bread, grass fed butter,,,,,

I make a snack mix of:
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
roast peas
roast chickpeas
linseed / flax seed (probably not gonna mix this in next time they are too small)
I eat it by itself or mix it into my yoghurt for crunchhhh

Bro, just eat light or white tuna. Stay away from tuna steak. 24g of protein plus fatty acids in a serving. You’d be fine with 2+ a day. Barely any mercury and you break it down if you’re not fucked up.
