Chest day. I go to a local ymca that is 90% old people, and even then they usually only hit the elliptical machines.

How to get delts to grow? Arnold Press?

Heavy Bench Press + Lateral Raises
Heavy Weighted Chinups +FacePulls

These 4 exercises build the entire upper body and will give you the biggest delts possible.

Chin-Ups & Facepulls do the Rear delts
Bench Press do the Front Delts
Lateral Raises do the Medial Delts

If you focus on getting good and strong at those 4 lifts your entire shoulders will grow and grow. OHP is not necessary.

Hammer curls super set with dumbbell step ups
