Lol. Thats what I was thinking when i watched that.
Scary that people follow his advice. Consider that hes well over 200lbs too

try pressing that weight at 6'4 you stinky manlet

lmao I'm 6'5" and I pressed 2 pl8 for 2 in less than a year

Absolute vegan cope, Larry wheels is like 6ft1 and still manages to be strong, stop coping vegan c u c k

not even vegan

Stop finding him excuses then, lifting 2 plates after 11 years of lifting is ridiculous even if you're 7ft tall with absolute dogshit leverages.

Ok. Just a regular cope then

He took steroids...

there is a 6'5 30yo boomer at my gym who has been lifting for 10 years and cant do 2 plates for 1.

talking with him he said he is kinda jealous of my body and progress i made this last couple of years, all that while im a 5'11 manlet.

lmao I'm 6'6" and I pressed 3 pl8 for 3 in 11 months and vegan

He was going for 5x10, his 1rm his way higher by now, he reached 2pl8 bench half a year ago

I was pressing 315 for reps as a 6'3" 17 year old.

I haven't seriously touched a weight and done almost exclusively bodyweight stuff in almost 10 years now. And I bang out 245 for 8-12 reps at 2-3 sets.

post body

Lmaoing at your life, I'm 7'9 and I pressed 4pl8 for 10 one week into lifting
Also I only feed myself using photosynthesis

>5'10
>bench just over 2.5pl8 for 5 reps
>lifting for 2 years
meat is awesome

Height is no excuse for a shitty bench. I'm 6'3" and bench 295 for 5 @215bw

Weight to power ratio is laughable. I bet he's on all sorts of supps too. b12, creatine, pre-workout.

Outed yourself as a manlet traitor, being tall might make 315 trickier to reach but not 225 lol.

Lmao I'm 6'4 13/64" and pressed 322.2 for 9 1/2 reps on strictly leaf diet. Cope more manlet

I honestly remember watching him when I was a neet from years ago. And when I got into weightlifting, I pretty much surpassed him in all the lifts in like a year of lifting. I'm honestly surprised that with all that time, he hasn't fixed his shit together.

He suffers mental and physical problems from his shitty diet

Ah, the universal lanklet excuse for being weak.
>"m-muh leverages!"

Not from Burger Land here.

Someone please explain how much 1 plate weight. Is it 2x 90lb?

>its his diet
no it isn't its his self limitation. He probably injured himself lifting heavier than usual got mental trauma and won't lift past a threshold - this is a pretty common occurrence in workouts

20 kg

>100kg
Come on, how the fuck has he been lifting for 11 years? That's impossible

So that guy who's lifting for 11 years can't bench 2x 20kg + Bar weight?

all that damage control.

100kg total weight including bar. He can do it, but to only be doing that after 11 years is pathetic

Haha loser, i'm 9'5 and I press 10pl16 for 10.01 eight hours into lifting. Also I only eat a bowl of cheerios.

So 1 plate = 2x 20kg?
This guys is doing 2 plate = 4x 20kg + 20kg bar

Did I get it right?

>counting the bar

Attached: viper.jpg (225x225, 8K)

You mean 2x20kg - barweight
Comes to 60kg or 135lb

I am trying to understand the concept of 1 plate and how much it is. That's why I am counting the bar.

>100kg total weight including bar.
That's 2 plate, right?

Yeah, 2x20kg + barweight is 60kg.
That would be 1 plate, right?

Thats insane i have a 90kg for 3 benchpress after 4 month of lifting wtf is he doing ?

So each plate weighs 20kg/45lb
To lift "2pl8" would mean 2 plates on each side adding up to 80kg/180lb
After subtracting the barbell weight, because of the counterbalance, this leaves us with a 60kg/135lb 2pl8 lift

This is assuming a 20kg/45lb bar

>After subtracting the barbell weight, because of the counterbalance
That's not how physics work, buddy.

Why does time the time it took to reach that matter? I doubt either of you started on the same level. He's still got you beat by 3 reps.

coping because he got exposed yet again

yes, vegan is a handicap, you're right

I'm 6'2" and I can bench 90kg after 11 months of lifting (during which I took a 2 month break at one point).
Guy is legit weak if true

Its 80kg retards

how are his arms so big yet he's so weak?

I cant even bench 1 plate and everyone at the gym warms up with at least 1 plate and do like 20 reps with ease. I feel so fucking weak.

He was a curl-bro for ~9 years

It’s fine man, plenty of people at my uni gym that can’t bench 1lp8. You just need to work on technique, bulking and wait for those sweet neurological gains to kick in.

Actual vegan coming through

Attached: Golden one.jpg (980x500, 179K)

quality post but no dubs

I am getting there. The last few years were a waste if tune cause I paid for personal trainers and never made any progress at all. Doing Starting Strength and making up for it.

He is getting fat
The usual pastries addiction vegans develop

>thinking it has anything to do with what kind of proteins you eat and not the fact that he's just a tard

Been vegan for 7 years, I easily hit 2pl after a year. It's not even one of my main lifts.

assuming that's his 5RM.
4 months ago he 1RM 300. based on that he could 5RM 260
considering his height, the fact that he's natural and hasn't spent the majority of his 11 years training for strength specifically, that's pretty impressive. better than the majority of Jow Forums anyway

lamest cope i have seen here in a while.
Not even the 3-5 lb of muscle a year threads are as terrible as this.

what i did was defend VG by using facts to expose OP for cherry picking & misconstruing
do you know the definition of cope? because it doesn't mean what you think it means.
cope means to deal with something that is hard to accept
for example, you calling my post a "cope" is you coping with the fact that i proved OP wrong and that you don't like it

theoretically it should be easier for a bigger person to push that weight with less training than someone smaller.

6'4, benched 2pl8 for 5 after 5.5 months

1p8 = 135lbs or 60Kg
2pl8 = 225lbs or 100Kg
3pl8 = 315lbs or 140Kg
4pl8 = 405lbs or 180Kg

he either has a test issue or isn't eating enough.

>tfw overweight af
>tfw lifting for 10 months
>tfw I can lift this

I'm 6'2 and I bench 2pl8 for 5 after less than a year of liftan.

kek

185 bench for 4 reps here only been lifting for like 8 months. What am I doing wrong

Nothing, you should hit 225 for at least one rep in less than a year

i hope you’re just pretending to be retarded

fan boy harder you huge faggot

LOL double that weakling

*weekling

There's a difference between an American (over
225lbs bodyweight at over 25% BF) and a regular person (180lbs or under and lean) benching 225.

In fairness I've got down and up in weights over years. With periods of hard work, illness etc. I'm 2.5pl8 for 5 now but I'll probably fall under 2pl8 at some point and go back up again later. That's life.

literally took me only about 10 weeks on aas

5 weeks if you discount the test e aromatization / bad form (close grip)

5'11 king of manlets checking in

the best raw bencher in the world is 6'5"

whats most pathetic is that this guy willingly got thry operation to kill his possibility to have children cause humans are so evil they eat meat and hurt animals top fucking kek.

Is two plate pretty gud? i've stalled hard as fuck at lmao 2pl8 at 6'4" after only 3 months now i'm pissed

>golden one looked better as a vegan than he does now eating nothing but steak and cookies

Attached: 1373107757088.png (592x734, 184K)

lol
I'm 8'2 and benched 1020 in 2 weeks
and im vvegan

Attached: Arguments.png (1302x583, 36K)

kek, a mod should pin this thread

k you next vegan

It's humorous you imply this change was due to diet preferences

Lmai I presses your mother 11 times in 3 weeks.

Yes.

2x20Kg PER SIDE plus the barbell.

But technically it's not 20Kg but 45 pounds, or 20.4 Kg.

is your stomach a wormhole to another galaxy or something

My bench has been stuck at 1pl8 for 4 months please help AAAAAAA

I didn't, it's just weird how he looks so much worse nowadays than he did before as a vegetarian/vegan, idk what the fuck is going on with him.

>6’5’’
You and everyone else on Jow Forums, buddy. This is the third time I have heard that height associated with a cope, is it a new meme or just one disgruntled manlet?

he had
>11 years
the absolute state of vegans

Eat more, try more weight with less reps per set.

Sounds like a Starting Strength casualty to me

Each individual plate is 45 lbs, but 1 pl8 is called that because there is one pl8 on each side plus bar weight. So 1pl8 is 135lbs or smth

Starting strength will get you to a 2 plate bench in a year or so and all you'll have to do is introduce a n extra rest day and some rep ranges around month 5.

Are you retarded. 180 is already without the barbell. The bar is 45, 2pl8 is 225lbs

I take it you wouldn't have posted this if you weren't too retarded to comprehend what I'm about to say, but whatever let's go:

What actually happened was
>Look guys I made a table!
>It's shit! Mine's better!
>WELL LETS SEE IT THEN

take a deep breath and try to spot the difference
