Take snake juice, or just supplement electrolytes.

>Mix these in a liter of water and sip it throughout the day.
The apple cider vinegar and lemon are optional.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

No. It only occurs at extremely low body fat (8-10%).

>Will (something with calories) break my fast?
Yes, headass.

>Can I drink coffee, tea, and diet soda? Or anything with artificial sweeteners?
You can do whatever the fuck you want. We recommend avoiding those, sweeteners especially.

i am not. but its only a 48 hour fast.

i did a 24 hour fast, ate some sushi and miso soup.
then i immeditatley went into a 48 hour fast.
once my 48 hours are up im going to eat a carb free dinner and 36 hour fast and then carb free lunch

also ive been lightly working out during this fast.

did a 41 hour dry fast (was going to be 48 hr but caved during morning work with some water), and even after just 24 hours keto strips read full ketosis. I'm never starting a fast without a dry fast again

Just started fasting and this week. Broke during 24 Hour fast yesterday and ate normally after 18 hours. Today I only have 2 hours to go till 24. Feels good man. Not sure what I'm gonna eat for dinner. Maybe some eggs and stir fried veggies.

Well bois I made it. I started my journey at 247 on June 22nd and this morning I finally reached 157 pounds with a 34 inch waist. That’s 90 pounds in a little over 4 months. I finished on a high note with a new fasting PR at 8 days.

I’m back to eating a normal healthy diet today and next Monday I will start my new exercise and weight lifting program. I want 12% or less bf so I’m going to lift weights and eat at a deficit doing a 16:8 IF schedule.

Has anyone fasted to reset their sleep schedule?

I've read a 16 hour fast or two can abruptly reset your circadian rhythm combined with some sunlight doses when you wake.

Through fasting, I've discovered that all fat people have zero fucking excuses for being disgusting. You don't even have to move that much to burn 2000 Calories a day and it's super fucking easy to just skip one of your meals and have no averse effects.
The amount of excuses and misinformation i get from people every time i tell them i don't eat until 4 pm.

The science of fasting for premenopausal women is lacking but has shown that it can fuck up your hormones.

If you insist on fasting you should probably switch to a PSMF. Otherwise switch to low calorie with regular meals.
